I’ve made some research and it looks like it was around Bilbo’s birth day when they were at Laketown and I couldn’t help but to think that:
1)Hobbits have this tradition that instead of receiving gift, they give them.
2)What if Bilbo’s gift was his vouch for Thorin?
3)His gift for Thorin was the opportunity to claim is home because: “That’s why I came back, ‘cause you don’t have one. A home. It was taken from you. But I will help you take it back if I can.”
I sort of feel like this clip from Star Wars the Clone Wars from the 2008 3 D animated series is really relevant nowadays…just hear me out
I feel like we’re fighting against each other without any real context of why we’re fighting and we haved tried to justify it with facts about other people and minor things that happen and what if scenarios
Like what I mean by this is I see stuff like
“The far left is absolute scum” “ the far-right is absolute scum”
Democrats or Republicans
Male or female
This race or that race
Scum scum scum
And i’m like… we’re all Americans but if you can’t even resonate with that we are all humans… like seriously find your inner Humanity
Are you fighting because you think what you’re doing is right that you’re doing what you’re supposed to do or are you fighting because you were told to?
Not trying to cause a fight just asking a question and this is for everybody…
headcanon: Ahkmenrah needs to go back to his exhibit way before everyone else each morning because his Anubis guards need to wrap him back up before they put him back in his sarcophagus, and that takes a while.
