Two free diet systems

Dieting should not be a fad. It is a way to a better life.  Make it simple.  Put systems in place that are reasonable and easy to follow.  Water and exercise are free and you can do them anywhere. 

My daily prescription includes 30 air squats and 2 cups water before each meal.  The air squats are doable even for someone of my jolly size and the water gets me almost all the way to 8 cups per day.  I can always add more later but for now this gets me more water and exercise then ive had in a long long time.  I’m pretty sure my stomach is tighter too.
