The flag of Poland consists of two horizontal stripes of equal width, the upper one white and the lower one red. The two colors are defined in the Polish constitution as the national colors. A variant of the flag with the national coat of arms in the middle of the white stripe is legally reserved for official use abroad and at sea. A similar flag with the addition of a swallow-tail is used as the naval ensign of Poland. White and red were officially adopted as national colors in 1831.
On 2nd May we celebrate National Flag Day in Poland.

How could anyone let this dear older gentleman be alone in his golden years? OBVIOUSLY CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN!

Derby is a senior, deaf Cocker Spaniel who needs someone to love him and throw his ball… he’s counting on you!

He’s in the San Francisco Bay Area, but transport is available. Please contact Sheila at 774-219-4763 or darpino@maddiesfund.org if you can help him out!

AU: Animals hold all the jobs that people normally have.

Milo the orange kitty loves his friend Boomer.  And he loves all the animals he works with at Maddie’s Fund.  But he had to admit the daily grind was starting to wear him down.

What he really needed to bring some color back into his life was a person of his very own.  People were the best, because they came with laps to sit in and hands to pet him.

He’d be sad if he had to leave Maddie’s Fund, but it would be worth it for a person!

Can you get Milo a new job?  A lap of his own? Then contact Sheila at 774-219-4763 or darpino@maddiesfund.org!

Eddie wants you to understand that it’s all about you. And how he wants to spend all sorts of time with you. In fact, he wants you and your family all to himself!

He’s in San Francisco with Maddie’s Fund and is longing for a new home - or even just a foster home!

He’s a 9-year-old Jack Russell mix, who loves fun and has perfect house manners. Remember, this is all about you: Bored? Eddie will play with you. Lonely? Eddie will snuggle up next to you. Ready to get up and move? Eddie will be the perfect walking companion for you.

He loves kids and has lived with them before, but he should be an only pet. And with this ball-loving, squeaky toy-sharing, playful darling you won’t need anyone else!

If you can’t wait one more second to see how Eddie will make your life even more amazing, call Sheila at 774-219-4763 or email darpino@maddiesfund.org!
