Sometimes I worry about how my daughter is adjusting to my Transition. (Mommies worry, it’s part of the package.) Then she comes and puts a flower in my hair while I’m taking a nap. And just like that, my heart=full, and my worries subside. My daughter is the bestest little girl ever.
This little girl is the best thing that ever happened to me her smile lights up a room and every time I look in her eyes my heart just melts I love my daughter Khloe so much. Couldn’t imagine life without my princess. 👑💜💖
I’ve chosen to take my life on three months at a time. I’ll often focus on one thing at a time ie: nutrition during a Paleo challenge or mobility during PT rehab. I’m forever working on one thing at a time and not feeling accomplished in more than one area, if at all. My goal is to take on my fitness, nutrition, personal financial life and my business. The key is how to create measurable results and a sustainability. Sustainability in the doing and being, the results will come, well as a result of my actions.
For now, I’m about creating habits. Taking it a day at a time, this is what I’m up to:
Working out 3 days on 1 day off
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit and little starch - but enough to have great recovery
Dial into my nutritional needs - recovery and fuel sources
Get to bed before 11PM
Limit alcohol consumption to 1-2 drinks at a time
Cook my meals at home
Create revenue: private clients, legal work etc
Business: create revenue and connect with the community
So let’s begin today, Wednesday February 18…not so coincidentally the beginning of Lent. May 18th here I come!
