3months

3 months at a time

I’ve chosen to take my life on three months at a time.  I’ll often focus on one thing at a time ie: nutrition during a Paleo challenge or mobility during PT rehab.  I’m forever working on one thing at a time and not feeling accomplished in more than one area, if at all.  My goal is to take on my fitness, nutrition, personal financial life and my business.  The key is how to create measurable results and a sustainability.  Sustainability in the doing and being, the results will come, well as a result of my actions.  

For now, I’m about creating habits.  Taking it a day at a time, this is what I’m up to:

  • Working out 3 days on 1 day off 
  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit and little starch - but enough to have great recovery
  • Dial into my nutritional needs - recovery and fuel sources
  • Get to bed before 11PM
  • Limit alcohol consumption to 1-2 drinks at a time 
  • Cook my meals at home
  • Create revenue: private clients, legal work etc
  • Business: create revenue and connect with the community
  • Always believe

So let’s begin today, Wednesday February 18…not so coincidentally the beginning of Lent.  May 18th here I come!
