#Lenormand #3cardspread

First time I touched my cards since my foot got broken ( I refuse to say I was the one who broke my foot😒) and this is the 3 card spread I get : Nine of Swords, Death and The World. Delving into this one today, really studying it because I predicted I’d pull the death card with something overtly positive to follow. And I really believe the universe sat me down for a reason. I fully accept whatever transition is coming my way. My body is ready for it 💫✨ #tarot #3cardspread #pma #healing #transformation #manifest

3-Card Spread with the Harmonious Tarot

9 of pentacles ~ This card represents your higher self.  Have you fully embodied this higher self, or is there still some work to be done?  Generally, this is a very positive card that reflects gain, success, wealth, and all that is beautiful, but these things don’t just materialize out of thin air.  It takes discipline, self-control and self-reliance to reach your goals.  Sometimes you must sacrifice comfortable, even harmful ways that are no longer serving your higher purpose.  You must learn to control your dark nature, your shadow side (represented by the falcon).  Gracefully master this side of yourself because when directed properly, it will work to your advantage.  Take matters into your own hands and remember, quality over quantity.

The Chariot ~ Here is another card that represents success.  This is a victory that is achieved after much hard work and will power.  It doesn’t necessarily reflect an achievement that has an end point, but rather a goal that has been reached with sustained effort, exerted before and after the finish line.  The Chariot is about having a sense of direction and really going after what you want.  Have confidence in yourself and know that with determination and calculated force you can overcome whatever obstacles may block your path.  This is also a card about reflection, introspection and solitude, represented by the number 7.  Think about going on a long trip, whether it be by car, train, or flight.  First, we settle in, making our space as comfortable as possible for the long road ahead.  Do whatever you need to do to create the ideal environment for your voyage.  Then, we begin our journey.  Throughout our journey we read books, take naps, look out the window and contemplate the days to come.  There is a period of inner stillness during our journey where everyday life is put on hold and we have personal time to think, to reflect, and to plan for the next phase.  We end our journey, exiting our vehicle and feeling ready to explore and take on the new territory, and maybe a little jet lagged as well!  Unlike the Strength card, which is about controlling with compassion and patience, the Chariot is about controlling with effort and will power.  It’s about establishing a strong identity, and using that identity to beat the competition.  This could mean coming in first place or getting a job position that 20 people applied for, but it could also represent a personal sense of achievement, for example, mastering a yoga pose that you couldn’t seem to get right before.  The Chariot can also represent literal travel and movement, but as Charlie Sheen would say, this card is mostly about “winning”.

The Wheel ~ This card represents cycles of all kinds.  It could represent the daily routines of our life that make us feel safe and centered.  The Wheel is about uncovering these patterns and cycles and learning to see things from a new perspective.  There comes a time when routines wear out and something new must be thrown into the mix.  The Wheel represents motion, progress, even going in a completely new direction.  The more times you experience a cyclical event, the more you can learn and grow from it.  This card is about fate and how it can pull you in new directions.  It is number 10, which falls right in the middle of the major arcana.  There’s a shift that takes place as we move from the first half of the major arcana to the second, and similarly things change as we move from one phase of our life to the next.  The Wheel is about being at a “turning point”.  Let destiny guide you at this time.

Conclusion ~ The Chariot and the Wheel are both cards that embody activity and transition, but they are reversed.  Positive change is possible for you, but you must first learn to refine your actions and practice self discipline, as shown in the 9 of pentacles.  In the past you’ve had trouble focusing on your goals.  You’ve been unwilling to accept the wonderful changes that life has to offer you by remaining stuck in your cyclical, comfortable ways.  The Wheel will turn, whether you’re ready or not, so you might as well prepare.  Don’t be afraid to explore the uncharted territory that exists in the world around you and even in yourself.  As destiny pulls you closer to your highest Self, don’t lose sight of the beauty that is the journey, the beauty that is life.

What an appropriate reading for me today! Just a three-card, past present future spread, cuz I’m still learning. Hate is too strong a word, but I have a bit of a love-dislike relationship with the moon card, so when I pulled that first I laughed out loud. It makes sense though, I’ve been waffling with direction in my life, I’ve been feeling that my path is very unclear for a long time now. The page of pentacles is about buckling down and focusing however! I have several ideas and ambitions but procrastination and fear has been holding me back! Just around the corner is the three of cups however, so if I focus and work hard celebration and new friends are on the horizon! Which makes sense, after all the semester is coming to an end soon. Which means finals yes, but then summerrr. ☀️ sorry this was really long! I’m still new to this! If anyone more experienced in tarot has any input please share it with me! #tarot #3cardspread #tarotreading

Celebrating the Fall New Moon with a 3 Card Spread!

Tarot Tuesday! To celebrate the beginning of fall and today’s Libra New Moon, I decided to do a mini-three card reading,  to give a sense of the energies we may be experiencing this season. This spread represents, the past, the present and the future. I lit my lovely, little owl candle, shuffled the cards and the result: Five of Coins, the Force card and the Nine of Coins.

Interesting…two Coins (also known as Pentacles), representing the earthy/material realm and my favorite card, Force. Here’s the interpretation:

Past–Five of Coins: Worry about finances and material concerns. Brooding on the past, survival mentality, giving into loss and fear.

Present—Force (also known as Strength): Don’t be in a rush, and don’t “force” anything. This is a time to be gentle and patient with yourself and others. Strength comes in vulnerability and loving yourself!

Future–Nine of Coins: Growth and gain, wealth, self-realization, spiritual and emotional abundance. Mantra: “The more I give, the more I receive”.

There you go. Happy Fall, wishing you amazing strength and abundance in your future!
