I’ve broken my arm. Like, just a crack, but I’ve still legit broken my arm. Kinda annoying, and I can’t go into work, which sucks because I feel like I’m letting them down, but oh well.
Also, I think I’m going to start a journal when I’m 18. I would write stuff down here, but I’m way too private of a person to do that…
Also, not eating dairy is going great!! I think my food choices are becoming healthier, because now I have the self control to say no to yummy (but unhealthy) foods with the excuse of “theres dairy in them”, and theres no weird questioning on why I’m not eating particular foods that I used to scoff down.

Met up with a friend (who used to be one of my closest friends for aaages) to have a good catch up before she leaves for uni. We ate some really nice food, and it was just a really nice time.
Drank lots of water today, which was good :)
I couldn’t see any new pimples on my skin (so hopefully they are dissapearing)
To be improved:
I didn’t exercise today… to be honest, I really wanted a relaxing morning, and thought I would be able to do some tomorrow, but I then got called in to work the full day tomorrow, so thats probably not going to happen… maybe the next day? Idk, I’ll just have to eat really well.
So basically I’ve fully dedicated to cutting out dairy for a while (except rare occasions where I may need to try something for work/it’s just too hard socially). I’ve been going pretty well so far, and my mum has been really supportive in terms of making sure I have food to eat, and asking me what I want to do in terms of dinner shes making with dairy.
But dad made cinnamon pastries with sultanas today, and they are soooo tempting… I will resist (I already made myself a piece of toast that mimicked some of the flavours in the pastries, and a dairy free brownie in consolation), but they smell soo good… I WILL BE STRONG

Again, it’s been a while… But I have excuses! I had exams, then I was sick, and then our internet was out for 3 weeks, deja vu.
Jumping back on the bandwagon, I have regressed in terms of health the past couple of weeks. I’ve just started picking up with exercise again, and I am starting to eat healthy (Yay, I had a salad for lunch!) because my diet really suffered badly. I’m bringing my water levels back up, but my sleeping habits are awful (Not that I go to bed late, but I have trouble getting to sleep and wake up early). Probably because I’m feeling a little anxious about my new JOB! Yay!! Finally some regular money that I can use, instead of rationing my Christmas money and not buying things for weeks on end! I’m getting used to the job and systems there, and the standing for hours on end with no breaks (the pay and the taking home of leftovers makes up for it, considering the midnight feast my sister and I had last night)
This weekend my parents are away, so basically my sister and I have to feed ourselves, so I’m experimenting with vegetarianism. I really like the idea of going vego (eliminating meat and reducing dairy), but I think with me still living with my parents, I’ll have to settle with flexitarian (basically, whenever I make my own food it’s vego, but if I can’t/don’t want to make food, it’ll probs have meat).
I really want to track my skin as well, and try and work out why my chin is breaking out so badly. I think I want to try taking some zinc supplements and see what that does.
Good to get all of the down on paper (laptop), now I have to stick to it!
Ugh, I feel awful… Exact same thing as no long ago, where I feel fine until about 2 o'clock, then I can’t even think of eating anything. This time, for lunch I had a homemade meat pie and some mashed potato. Maybe it was the fact that it was a lot of meat (And I’ve been cutting down on my meat lately) or the fact that it was a really big lunch and I usually don’t have much, but its really weird. Not happy.
I drank a lot of water today, mainly because this weird illness caused me to have a bit of a headache, and I felt as though the water settled my stomach.
Had a really good sleep last night, which was wonderful.
This is from last night, but still: drove about 25 mins to a place in the city that I’ve never driven to before, in the pouring rain and in peak hour traffic. Then had to find a car park and buy a parking ticket (for the first time ever!) Yay! Also had a really good dinner, organic tempeh, beetroot, grapefruit, walnuts and greek yoghurt… yum! But, had to say goodbye to one of my friends who is leaving for a bit, so a bit sad :(

Definitely my stomach :( But I think I might just have to wait for it to settle.
Unfortunately due to my illness, I wasn’t able to do any exercise this afternoon as I had planned :(

Still ate pretty badly (particularly around dinner time). I should really cut up a carrot for me, instead of eating cheese and crackers or whatever we have in the pantry.
