Group B was the most epic and powerful era in rally and as part of a design challenge with gtkiller we each have created “What if” cars that weren’t part of the series. I elected to make a BMW E21 re-imagined as a hatch back, rear engined, 4WD rally car as was “en vogue” at the time.

The new Focus RS is powered by a specially engineered version of Ford’s new 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine producing projected 350 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque and will reach a top speed of 165 mph. It also sprints from 0-62 mph in 4.7 seconds – making the hatchback the fastest-accelerating RS model yet.
