35 day shred

ugh I am so over this work out. I am getting really sick of doing the same things OVER AND OVER AND OVER. gahhh thank god its almost done!!

unfortunately my results are not impressive because my eating has sucked the entire time. I am looking forward to going camping and then coming home for another round of her Body Revolution. I will be more excited and focused once I am back.

30/35 Day Shred! - Day 2

So today I did Level 2 for the first time.

-sigh- Yep.

In retrospect, I realize now that it wasn’t THAT bad, but damn it if it didn’t feel like hell when I was doing it.

Yesterday, I was kicking butt. Sure, I took a few moments to breathe, but I did it. This time around, there were exercises where I was just like “NO”, and I didn’t want to do anything. Anita was my best buddy today lol. But there was one particular move that I couldn’t even keep up with her on.


Either I was on my knees, trying to catch my breath, or just doing a regular plank. At first, I tried to do the one leg at a time thing like Anita was doing, but it was too much. And doing a regular plank wouldn’t have been that bad if the last ab sequence didn’t involve plank twists.

Needless to say, I was curled up in a ball by the time the circuits were over.

But despite the pain, I feel great. I feel like I’m really getting something done here. Later on today, I plan on going to a jazz class and sweating some more. This is great!

Random: Is it weird that I have a sudden craving for IHOP now? lol
