its not safe to go out for a run in my area and i cant afford a gym membership can i lose wieght without exercise?

In short, yes you can lose weight without exercise! 
However, I hate to sound rude or like a bitch or whatever, but those reasons sound like excuses to me!

My gym membership ran out and I didn’t get a new one, and I can’t go out for a run or anything in my area either because it’s not safe! But I still exercise!!! I do workout videos, there are so many fun ones and people upload them to youtube so you don’t even have to pay!

And if you’re worried about your roommates or family hearing you work out and getting embarrassed there is even quiet cardio videos based around exercises that still get fat burning, but wont make any noises. 

So no excuses!

Northern Spring

On the first day of spring, I see bare earth

30 Day Cheritz Challenge! Day 7: Route that made you the happiest - Jiwoo

Little tsundere bunny’s route made me smile so much, whether it be because of something funny or sweet or comforting. His route was and still is one of my favourites and Jiwoo is my second favourite character in Dandelion. I would very much recommend his route, even if you don’t like him because he’s sort of a prick to us.

30 Day One Piece Challenge: Favorite New Character

There have been so many interesting characters in the Whole Cake Island arc, (complete with masterful character design; props to Oda) but Queen of the Pleasure Quarter, Stussy has to be the most intriguing to me right now.

We know so little about her (except that she’s secretly a badass CP0 agent), and I can’t wait to get to know her better. Happy to see another diabolical lady take the stage in the OP universe. 

I was going to upload whole thing but I ruined their hands (And they are important in this one) :C 
Hopefully I’m gonna repair it someday. For now have a good part!  


Favourite Character: Ragdoll II / Peter Merkel Jr and John Constantine

I couldn’t choose. I love them both so much.

I don’t know what it says about me, except nothing good, but I’ve never identified with a character as quickly or completely as I do with Ragdoll. A lot of that is that he’s the first non-binary character I’ve found in a comic, and that I read him as being ace. It also helps that he’s one the very very few genuinely happy anti-heroes. So often moral greyness goes with epic heartbreak, but while Doll has had far more than his fair share of truely terrible life experiences, he’s somehow come out of the other side capable of real happiness, and it makes him completely lovable.

A lot of people were angry about a lot of the representation of John in New 52, but anyone who’s following Constantine: the Hellblazer can tell you that those people are out of date. It took DC a while to figure out what to do with magic’s quintesential anti-hero, but the inclusion of his relationship with Nick Necro and Zatanna, all of Injustice year three and the joyful nonsense that is Constine: the Hellblazer have given us a John who is younger, happier and a damn site more fun that the one from Hellblazer. This John isn’t better, but he also isn’t worse, and I love him just as much.

WHAT?: Abe’s 30 day challenge.

DESCRIPTION?: For 30 days, you pay exclusive attention to how you feel. You deliberately choose thoughts that make you feel better over those that make you feel crappy. You also deliberately do things that you prefer to do over those you’d rather not do.

WHEN?: Starting Monday July 14th

GOAL?: To see if at the end of 30 days our lives are happier/healthier/better than they were before we started.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?: As a way to keep each other motivated, message me and let me know that you’re participating and I will follow your blog so that I can keep up with your progress and cheer you on during this process.

NOTE: This is a 30 day experiment - You must blog or message me once a day to let me know how things are going and I’ll blog to let you know how things are going on my end.

Abe says that if we would truly pay attention to how we feel and deliberately choose things that make us happy over things that do not that at the end of 30 days we would see a significant change in our lives.

I really want to try this to see. LOA started out as a 30 day experiment for me and that was AWESOME so I’m excited about this experiment.
