its not safe to go out for a run in my area and i cant afford a gym membership can i lose wieght without exercise?

In short, yes you can lose weight without exercise! 
However, I hate to sound rude or like a bitch or whatever, but those reasons sound like excuses to me!

My gym membership ran out and I didn’t get a new one, and I can’t go out for a run or anything in my area either because it’s not safe! But I still exercise!!! I do workout videos, there are so many fun ones and people upload them to youtube so you don’t even have to pay!

And if you’re worried about your roommates or family hearing you work out and getting embarrassed there is even quiet cardio videos based around exercises that still get fat burning, but wont make any noises. 

So no excuses!

Okay guys time to be honest

The past few weeks I’ve been feeling very low, depressed and lonely.

I’m constantly either out studying, at placment or stuck in my bedroom 😞

Now I know I said I would complete the 30 day shred, but I have instead decided to rejoin the gym as it gets me out the house and forces me to be a bit more social.

My first time back is tonight, wish me luck 😚

I have decided I will complete the whole 30 days in a row. I WILL NOT MISS A DAY !!!

This will take me right up to the day I leave for my weekend away in London.

Hoping for some results. I know it’s only 30 days so I’m not expecting miracles. But even something noticeable.

I admittedly let myself slip into squish mode this winter. I likey da carbohydrates. Had to stop making excuses for myself and get back in the game. I am 12 days into Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred and I am right back to feeling awesome. Just a little motivation for those who think they’ve let themselves go too far and don’t have the willpower to jump back on board. The human body is amazing. All you have to do is nourish it and give it some exercise and it will change and mold to how you want it. You just need that first push!! 20 minutes a day with Jillian and you’ll be on the right track to feeling energized and healthy. ❤️❤️

I’m home again today because Isaac is running a temperature after his shots. But I decided when he went down for his long afternoon nap I would get a workout in at home. I started with 30 Day Shred, level 1. Once I finished cursing out Jillian Michaels, I decided I wanted to do a little more. I have found that I really love the Burn To The Beat videos with Keaira LaShae. She’s fun. The videos aren’t super long and they get me sweating. I love working out to music.

So now I’ve got my movement in for the day. I can shower and know I did something good for myself. That’s always a great feeling. Part of me wishes I could just stay at home with Isaac everyday. I think my health would benefit and I would be much happier. But alas, bills call.

Time to get serious about recommitting to a health lifestyle

I really want to finish this program and then move on to T25 that I got in October and haven’t touched
Also, I have realized that I have a lot more motivation in the morning than I do by the time I get home at night so I’m going to try to get up early on the days when I work to workout in the morning. This will be a huge struggle for me as I love sleep more than most things but I am determined!
