30 day shred

I admittedly let myself slip into squish mode this winter. I likey da carbohydrates. Had to stop making excuses for myself and get back in the game. I am 12 days into Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred and I am right back to feeling awesome. Just a little motivation for those who think they’ve let themselves go too far and don’t have the willpower to jump back on board. The human body is amazing. All you have to do is nourish it and give it some exercise and it will change and mold to how you want it. You just need that first push!! 20 minutes a day with Jillian and you’ll be on the right track to feeling energized and healthy. ❤️❤️

Hi! So I'm going to start the 30 day shred DVD by Jillian Michael's tomorrow. I would love if you could help find some of what people have to say about it. I looked online but can't seem to find too much. I'd like to know how much of a difference it made to people's bodies. I will also be dieting while on the shred and I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs and tone up. Do you think this would be a good thing for me? Thank you so much lovely ☺
