30 day exercise


I know monthly challenges don’t fix anything but I really enjoy doing them as I feel a great sense of accomplishment once I finish and even if I don’t get to do a proper workout on certain days I still feel like I’ve achieved something, this month I’ve chosen a few different ones ^ plus of course the 30 day abs and 30 day squats beginner level 2

I know that some of you are just starting out on getting fit, and may feel a bit overwhelmed with the routines I’ve been posting. I was browsing the web for something for people just starting out, and I found this. Yay! 
Remember to push yourself, and take before and after pictures. Seeing results is a good motivator! 

Okay guys time to be honest

The past few weeks I’ve been feeling very low, depressed and lonely.

I’m constantly either out studying, at placment or stuck in my bedroom 😞

Now I know I said I would complete the 30 day shred, but I have instead decided to rejoin the gym as it gets me out the house and forces me to be a bit more social.

My first time back is tonight, wish me luck 😚

Let’s do this motherfucker 💪💪

I have decided I will complete the whole 30 days in a row. I WILL NOT MISS A DAY !!!

This will take me right up to the day I leave for my weekend away in London.

Hoping for some results. I know it’s only 30 days so I’m not expecting miracles. But even something noticeable.

Time to get rid of that belly pouch

  • Tahu: Funny let's plays and game-reviews (Occasional controversy of the jokes he makes and being accused as Makuta's follower every third month)
  • Kopaka: Dramatic readings of classic books (Creepy-pastas during Halloween and a bad Tapaka-fanfic every Valentine, sometimes with quest appearance from Tahu himself)
  • Gali: Serious talk about different controversies around the world, both in real life and internet (Sometimes dunks on her trolls by making a funny dramatic readings of their stupid comments and laughs at lawsuits thrown at her)
  • Lewa: Impro-dubs, covers and vine-like short yet funny videos (likes to collab with other creators a lot, and eventually starts his own fan-dub-club on Youtube with other well known talents)
  • Onua: Top10-videos and vlogs (Sometimes collabs with Gali to talk about serious shit and with Kopaka to do dramatic readings with his deep sensual voice)
  • Pohatu: Skate- and sport-videos, exercise tutorials and positive messages (Often has 30 day Exercise-challenges with his viewers and collabs with Tahu to review bad skating- and sports-games)

I admittedly let myself slip into squish mode this winter. I likey da carbohydrates. Had to stop making excuses for myself and get back in the game. I am 12 days into Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred and I am right back to feeling awesome. Just a little motivation for those who think they’ve let themselves go too far and don’t have the willpower to jump back on board. The human body is amazing. All you have to do is nourish it and give it some exercise and it will change and mold to how you want it. You just need that first push!! 20 minutes a day with Jillian and you’ll be on the right track to feeling energized and healthy. ❤️❤️

Beginner Yoga 2015 - Yoga Challenge

Two of my favorite yoga instructors have created a 24 day yoga challenge for beginners for the month of December. 

These type of challenges are a great way for you to get into yoga or work on your practice daily.

I’ve been doing them every month to supplement my running. 

I will try to post photo and video demos daily of the postures so that you can join me.
