2421. sasusaku with scars as a prompt

Requested by soranins

“Sasuke-kun, where did you get this one?”

Glancing down, Sasuke was hardly surprised to see Sakura staring at the skin above his hip. He’d rolled out of bed just that morning after being reminded by Sakura that he’d promised breakfast for her, pulling on boxers and walking out, still half asleep.

Pale fingers traced across the pink scar and he murmured it was from training when he was younger.

“This one?” she asked, finding another.

“A fight.”

“This one?” she asked, tracing a white one.

“…Walked into a sharp nail. Dobe bet me that I couldn’t walk backwards…”

She gave a laugh and Sasuke soon felt her warm chest against his back, pale arms around his body and her cheek to the back of his shoulder. “Do you have any others?”

“Guess so,” he’d murmur and glance at her. “Do you?”

“You’ll have to find them yourself,” she murmured, nails scratching lightly against his skin as her fingers curled. A chin rested on his shoulder and she found herself on her tip toes, looking at him with a smile.

“…I like your scars, Sasuke-kun.”

He flipped the eggs.

#2421 Why does Legolas get all of the really crazy/out there/WTF! confessions? After reading a lot of strange ones about him I feel the need to protect the poor guy.

#DDAY70 D-Day + 1:

“Beachheads Come High. Row upon row of stretchers cover the decks of a Coast Guard LCT bringing out wounded invaders from the flaming soil of France. These American and British soldiers fell somewhere between the beachhead and Cherbourg as Nazi defenders sought a high price in casualties for every yard they yielded. The wounded are being transferred to a Coast Guard assault transport which will carry them back to England for hospitalization.” Undated

DAY 2421

Ahmedabad, Hya, Guj         Dec 1,  2014        Mon  11:33 pm

There is reverence in what you do and what you eventually become .. there is that always .. that which is related to your work result, and that which has been your assembly for the years gone by ..

Reverence cannot just have been manufactured .. it was never there before so by logic it should not be there today .. work and its circumstances may have built around you the image reflection of your creatives .. many performers the world over, believed in that, and exercised it too .. but to suddenly be in that cauldron of sudden respect and dignity, is a bit unnerving and questionable …

Many … and there are many that develop this category … fall perhaps in that fallacious category quite by error .. fall, fallacious, error … all almost similar in meaning, yet presented differently .. reverence too imitates this faulted inaccuracy …

I would like to be servile to another .. for it to be served to me would be a blasphemy of immense proportion … undeservingly it haunts presence in daily existence and it must be put aside as an aberration of wicked thoughts  … admiration is admissible, permissible and perhaps acceptable .. but not in the form of the reverence that at times comes along - albeit with good intent ..

Good night …

“But you didn’t have to cut me off.
Make out like it never happened,
and that we were nothing.
And I don’t even need your love,
but you treat me like a stranger
and that feels so rough.“
