2012 Miles Challenge ... Conversion Chart

For those of you who want to participate in the 2012 Challenge, but log exercise in ways other than that which traditionally measures in mileage – use this!

I’m sure it’s not 100% exact, but an estimate is better than nothing and I hope this helps to make the challenge more inclusive, whether you’re going for for 201.2 or 2012 this year.

I will be sticking to my running/walking/cycling/hiking goal of 2012 miles with other exercise not counting toward my mileage goal because that’s my preference – tailor the challenge to you and make it werk!
