shrine on a rainy night by Yoshi Shimamura Via Flickr: This is one of the most popular shrine in Japan, Izumo taisha(出雲大社), Shimane prefecture.
Unfortunately, it was raining all day, so not crowded as a vacation season, surrounded blue world literally divine beauty.
“I believe I speak for everyone when I say that Santa Elena Canyon was one of the highlights of our weekend at Big Bend National Park. The drive from our campsite to the canyon was a stunning one to say the least. We stopped the car a handful of times on the way to take in the vast and rapidly changing scenery. Once we got to the canyon, we ate a quick lunch and embarked on our hike which ended with a couple of us splashing around in the Rio Grande. We made it back to our campsite just in time to witness the sunset which was immediately followed by the most starry sky I had ever seen. Being completely disconnected from the outside world with no cellphone service while being surrounded by such natural beauty was the perfect recipe for complete serenity. It felt so healthy to unplug and just be.” -Nicole (Canon 24-70mm + 16-35mm.)
