Is there anything more glorious than a rainbow book circle? I think not. This was super hard to do btw as the books kept falling over and I had a hard time shaping them into a decent circle, but I quite like how this turned out! #beautifulbooks tag tagged by @paperfury, thank you! 😊❤️📚
I wanted to try my hand at hoodless Anankos. Not sure if it’s noticeable, but his eyes are gold. I didn’t include the red jewel Lilith has partially because of the bangs, and partially because I tend to think Lilith herself didn’t have it until becoming an Astral Dragon. That it’s important to her becoming and being an Astral Dragon. And the facial markings… a reason why he wears the hood? I mean there’s gotta be a reason, right?
Requires: ° 1 grey candle [stops the grief] ° 4 sage drops [overcome grief] ° 2 dried sage leaves [overcome grief] ° 1 yellow sachet [promote happiness] ° incense (sage, vanilla [warm, soothing emotions, relieving grief]; rose, orange, lavender, jasmine, sandalwood [balance emotions]; juniper berry, patchouli, peppermint [uplifting the spirit, stress relieving] or lemongrass [refreshing, stimulating] ) ° mortar ° paper & pen (grey) ° fireproof plate or a big bowl with sand
Point in time: ° You can do it at anytime you need this spell, but best would be: ° weekday: Wednesday [get rid of grief, fear] ° moon phase: waning moon [let go of grief]
Procedure: 1. Evoke the magical circle. 2. Ignite the incense and meditate a few moments over your intention while you enjoy the pleasant scent of your incense until you are relaxed and feel prepared for the oncoming steps. 3. Light the candle with the words:
“Grief. Not a feeling I like or love. In this ritual, I shall overcome what is disturbing my peace.”
4. Take the paper and pen and note down all the things that come to your mind when you think about the root of your grief. 5. In the next step, take only the paper and hold it into the flame in order to burn it. While it burns, chant three times:
“Oh holy flame, As you burn this piece of paper, Burn away my grief.” [Please, be very careful, folks! Put it down into the bowl with sand when you think it’s getting too dangerous to keep holding it! Although, you didn’t finish your chanting. You can still do it when it lies in the bowl.]
6. Close your eyes after you put the rest of the paper into the bowl with sand and imagine your pain getting burned away. Feel the head rolling over dark thoughts and sentiments, leaving nothing behind. 7. Now, grab your sage drops and hold it in the palm of your hands. Say:
“Sage bonbons, as sweet as sugar. Heal my grief and soothe my life. My life shall be enjoyable again.”
8. Eat one of the bonbons and taste the sweetness of it. Imagine the pleasant taste running through your body as happy thoughts. Visualize yourself in a life without any negative thoughts, anger, fear etc. This will be your future. No grief, just happiness. 9. Put the other three bonbons, the dried sage leaves and the ashes of the paper into the mortar. Grind everything into a powder. Then, pour the powder into the sachet. 10. Take the candle (again be careful, please!) and drop a bit of the candle wax into the sachet, as well. While you do so, say:
“Powder to let go of my grief, With the wax of this candle I bind thy purpose. Help me to prevent other grief in the future. Instead, fill my life with happiness and positivity.”
11. Close the sachet. 12. Meditate about the positivity you asked for as long as you want, but at least until you finished your bonbon. While you do that, hold the sachet in your hands. 13. Reverse the magical circle. 14. Let the incense burn down by itself. After that you can put the ashes into the sachet, too, if you like. 15. The candle should be burned down, as well, but only if you can supervise it! 16. Carry the sachet with you or hide it somewhere in your house where no one can find it. 17. Repeat the ritual after a while.

We could be a movie, falls off your tongue. You can be the honest ingénue and I’m the mystery that’s going to break your heart. No one would believe that, he laughs, coarse syllables lining his mouth. He’s right. You were cracked open and defeated easily under his gaze.
Do you know what the problem with victory is? You keep chasing it until it is a ghost, rising to meet you in every hotel room with empty sheets. If he ever loved you, you did nothing to earn it but you know how the story goes: love is a green field and the crowd singing your name.

Hoppipola (cover) by the Vitamin String Quartet (Seer of Hope) And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.” Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”-Matthew 14:28-31

Be Calm by fun. (Thief of Rage) When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”-John 8:7-11
Where is My Mind by the Pixies (Rogue of Mind) When Jesus had finished speaking, a Pharisee invited him to eat with him; so he went in and reclined at the table. But the Pharisee was surprised when he noticed that Jesus did not first wash before the meal. Then the Lord said to him, “Now then, you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness. You foolish people! Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you. “Woe to you Pharisees, because you give God a tenth of your mint, rue and all other kinds of garden herbs, but you neglect justice and the love of God. You should have practiced the latter without leaving the former undone. “Woe to you Pharisees, because you love the most important seats in the synagogues and respectful greetings in the marketplaces. “Woe to you, because you are like unmarked graves, which people walk over without knowing it.” One of the experts in the law answered him, “Teacher, when you say these things, you insult us also.” Jesus replied, “And you experts in the law, woe to you, because you load people down with burdens they can hardly carry, and you yourselves will not lift one finger to help them. “Woe to you, because you build tombs for the prophets, and it was your ancestors who killed them. So you testify that you approve of what your ancestors did; they killed the prophets, and you build their tombs. Because of this, God in his wisdom said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.’ Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, I tell you, this generation will be held responsible for it all. “Woe to you experts in the law, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.”-Luke 11:37-52

Magnificent Journey by Sound Adventures (Maid of Void) “Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. "When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which one of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.”-John 8:43-47
