Week 1 (July 20-26)
My pedometer only counts continuous walking, so unfortunately even a 7 hour shift only gets me 1-2k because of all of the starts and stops. That’s a good thing though, I’d rather lowball than overestimate how much I’m doing.
My lowest day had only 4348 steps (!), so my goal for this next week is to have a minimum of 5500 steps daily. (Obviously still aiming for 10k)
Food wise…not so good. I didn’t keep a food log but I definitely ate way more junk than I should have. Gonna get back into food logging next week to stay accountable!
