WOD ~ 1.2.2014

Pause at the bottom - CRAZY TALK!  Pretty intense.  My extra homework in between the 3x3 back squats with no pause was to sit at the bottom of the squat with just the 45# bar on my back.

Tabata 72 - band and to the bar (working on getting rid of the little snake at the beginning of my push up). 

Today I wanted to go to get a drink or just lay on my couch, but I went to the gym instead.  I consider that a major win.

Oh and I practiced handstands!
