Okay @ladylike-foxes and @shift-shaping this was a hard moment to extract into gif form!! Sorry for the fairly low quality - it’s a super quick moment and hard to get without Lavellan in the shot, so I had to crop it and slow it down which means adding frames and blah blah blah. Anyway here is Solas bobbing his head after being Fade-smooched as per your request ^_^
Nitya here! I’ve had this blog for 900 years and some of you guys have seen me through one direction, years of regret superwholock, marvel and dc, the 100, sense8, star trek, star wars, and my final form: kpop. the best part of this has been seeing all my old favs also turn into kpop trash blogs how we’ve stayed together for so long through all this. anyway here’s me being gross and loving my mutuals (long post ahead)
excited to share that i will be working at ign entertainment as a designer starting june 1! my first job out of school and what better way to start my career than to make stuff promoting video games :D
Characters: Sam, Lucifer ( or Casifer if you want to be technical), Dean x Reader, Amara, Gabriel x Reader (you’ll see)
Word Count: 1,627
Warnings: angst, slight fluff
A/N: I wrote this a while ago, maybe a month or two ago, and I decided to post it finally. I hope you all like this! Feedback is welcomed and appreciated! I love you all so much! <3
Ever since Dean removed the mark of Cain, there had been this unspoken tension between the two of you. You loved Dean, and he loved you, but there was one huge problem; the darkness, or Amara as she called herself. Dean was your boyfriend, but Amara acted as if you didn’t exist. You didn’t take her affection for Dean lightly.
When you finally came face to face with Amara, she was not pleased with you. She made sure to note that Dean and her were bonded. You chose not to give a shit about what she said. You weren’t willing to lose Dean, especially to Amara. By the time Amara was done with you, you were beaten and bloody. Lucifer was the one to heal you. If it wasn’t for him, you probably would have died of internal bleeding.
“[Y/N] please,” Dean pleaded. “Amara will kill you.” Dean’s eyes looked over the blood that still stained your skin and your clothes.
Imagine Chris finding out you wrote his favorite love story.
A/N: Part 2 is here, yo! :) You can find the previous parts here: (Unexpected Reader - Part 1) I’m really liking where this is going, do you? ❤️
After Chris returned with your second vanilla latte, and his first green tea- he wasn’t a coffee person unless his schedule needed him to be- the both of you chatted at your corner table in Starbucks. The way you talked to each other, it was like two old friends rather than a fan with her celebrity crush. You’d started the conversation incredibly nervous; you’d had to hide your clammy palms under your butt in fear that he’d reach over and give your hand another pat or gentle squeeze. But the more you talked to Chris, the calmer you became about the whole situation. You didn’t know what it was about him that normalized him despite his celebrity status and deadly good looks, but for a second- you could almost forget that you were talking to Chris Evans.
Believe it or not, Chris was everything you’d imagined he’d be, and more- if that was even possible. The way you’d portrayed him in your stories was- as far as you could see- a hundred and ten percent accurate. The man was sweet, kind, funny, intelligent, and real. Chris was real, he was real with his questions, his comments, and his interest in what you had to say. You were so lost in the conversation- in his darling blue eyes- that you forgot to take some notes so you could write a piece based around this once in a lifetime meeting, though you doubt you needed anything to remind you of this interaction. You were pretty sure this was something you were going to remember on your deathbed, which was surely moments away if he continued to smile at you the way he was.
Now the realistic side of you reminded you not to fall too hard for, or get too attached to the man you clearly had no chance with; you had to know that Chris was just talking to you to pass time in a boring airport. But the hopelessly romantic and imaginative side of you said otherwise; Chris wasn’t the kind of guy who would approach a girl unless he was genuinely interested, be it romantically, or platonically. You may not have known him personally, but you knew he wasn’t the kind of guy who would lead people on, or use people. You’d watched enough interviews, read enough articles and fan encounters, and written enough fan fiction to know that he was a genuinely nice guy who was worth befriending and loving if you were ever lucky enough to acquire those chances. Perhaps you didn’t have a chance at being his girlfriend like you’d always dreamed of, but maybe- just maybe, you had a chance at being his friend.
“So tell me, Y/N.” He began and smiled when he saw how much more relaxed you were with him now than you were at the start of the conversation. Your hands had dried and returned to thrum the tabletop quietly as you waited for him to finish his sentence. “What made you want to pursue screen writing?”
“Would you believe me if I said you?” You quizzed with a small smile, which grew wider when you saw him smile. You started explaining when you saw his facials prompt a continuation, “I um- I’ve always loved writing, ever since I was kid. I liked making up stories, imagining all the different lives I could live and all the different jobs I could do. It was a good escape from my mundane life,” you admitted with pursed lips. “But uh- I never really thought about turning it into a career until I started writing fan fiction about you on Tumblr.”
“How do you mean?”
“I wrote as an escape,” you said and he nodded, acknowledging what you’d told him earlier “I took myself into a different world where I could have the perfect life with the perfect guy so I could feel better. Writing was like a safe haven, a place where nothing bad could get to me. It made me happy and I realized…” You trailed off, licking your dry lips. “There must be a lot of people like me out there who needed someone else to be, someone wonderful to be with. I just- there had to be someone out there who needed a safe haven too.”
“So you started posting on Tumblr,” he finished for you and you nodded.
“I started out pretty slow, I had a few likes here and there. Um- It took a while for me to build a fan base, but eventually- I had a reasonable number of readers who supported all my pieces. A lot of them thanked me for writing something that took their mind off a bad day. Some thanked me for making them smile and-” You felt your eyes welled with tears of joy; you were still touched every time you talked about your interactions with your readers. “And some would tell me that my stories gave them a reason to hold out for a love as strong as the ones I wrote about.”
Chris smiled as he listened to you answer his question in great detail with an indescribable amount of pride and passion. He felt his heart flutter as he unknowingly starting falling for you. You were a lot like the protagonist in one of his favorite love stories, which was surprisingly a Chris Evans mini series written by a fan on Tumblr. He’d found the link lodged away in his Twitter mentions, a simple sentence “you deserve a love as strong as this” caught his attention and invited him into the world of fan fiction. He spent a whole day reading the entire series and wishing he’d the life that Chris Evans had, wishing he had the girl that Chris Evans had. He was still yet to ask if you’d heard about the series, perhaps you could help him find out who wrote it because he’d love to meet and talk to the talented and obviously lovely author who surely based the second person protagonist around herself. Maybe she was the one, maybe they could get together and try to work towards the life she wrote about.
“What I thought was a hobby changed people’s lives for the better,” you continued and he nodded, smiling. “So how can I not make that into a career? How can I waste my ability to inspire and touch people through my words? To make them realize that they deserve something great? I don’t know, I’m rambling a little.” You chuckled nervously and he shook his head. “I just feel like if I can change one life, my time on this earth has been worthwhile.”
“That’s sweet,” he smiled. “Like- that’s just-” He found himself at a lost for words as he watched you intently. He chuckled softly with a shake of his head, “you’re- you’re kind of amazing, Y/N.” You felt your cheeks flush as you bit back your growing smile. “That is- that’s an amazing answer to such a simple question. But before I say anything else, I don’t think I have anything to do with your decision. I’m just one of the pieces, y'know? I mean- it sounds to me like you would’ve done something amazing with your talent even if you weren’t a fan of mine. I was just lucky enough to be the one you wrote about, I had nothing to do with any of it.”
“Well that’s not entirely true,” you chuckled. “I wouldn’t have pursued anything if I weren’t a fan of yours.” You told him and he narrowed his eyes in confusion. “Yes, I would’ve wrote about someone else but- your success story is kind of what made me push myself into studying screenwriting. In all your interviews, you talked about pushing yourself into what scares you. Like working with Marvel and going to New York to pursue your acting career- those stories are what inspired me to pursue my own, I would’ve never if it weren’t for you.”
He smiled, unsure of what to say except, “I’m glad I could help. You’re very talented from what I could see over your shoulder,” he said then chuckled when you did. “Would you mind letting me read something else of yours? I promise I won’t judge,” he told you when you looked hesitant. “Unless you’re one of those kinky smut writers,” he teased. “‘Cause then maybe there’ll be a little judgement.”
“Hey, some of my best friends are kinky smut writers.”
“Oh,” he chuckled. “Well, I don’t mean any disrespect to them. I’m just- stunned they can come up with what they come up with. Perhaps I should take a few tips, turn my vanilla based life into something more swirly.” He joked and you laughed, covering your mouth when you realized you were attracting attention.
“Like you need any tips on how to get things done in the bedroom,” you said then blushed when he smiled. “Fine,” you opened your laptop screen and turned it towards him after opening your most successful piece; your mini-series. “It’s um- It’s a mini-series, so it’s fairly long.” You explained and Chris’ heart skipped a beat; his eyes quickly scanned what was in front of him so he could determine if you were the girl he was looking for. “You don’t have to read it all, you can just-”
“Holy crap,” his eyes stopped at one of the many sentences he’d read a thousand times. “Drunk minds speak for a sober heart,” he mumbled to himself then looked up at you. Your eyes narrowed in confusion when you saw the way he was looking at you. Was that- adoration? You were about to question him when he smiled and breathed, “it’s you.”
A/N: Look at me, uploading a chapter at a reasonable time! I hope y'all enjoy this trash 😙😙💕

You and Dwight stood there in silence, looking at eachother, both of you trying to process what happens next. You placed your fingers at the bridge of your nose, pinching it, trying to bring yourself back to reality. You leaned back against the wall.
“We’re you serious, or just saying something to get off the hook?” You asked.
“Like I said, I have an idea.” He said, taking a step forward, “Meet me outback near the trucks in 20 minutes.”
You nodded and headed down the hallway with him before splitting up. You walked back into the yard, looking around for any sign of Negan, mainly to avoid him. You didn’t understand why he was putting half of the blame on you, and the more you thought about it, the angrier you became. You walked inside the cafeteria, still needing to check on your workers, you spotted David talking to Brian behind the counter. David turned his head seeing you walking over to them, you motioned for Brian to leave as he turned towards you.
“How’d it go?” David asked non-chalantly.
“Don’t fucking ask. I’ve gotta leave and help Dwight look for Sherry.” You sighed, glancing into the back of the kitchen, you were thankful to see Katherine and Ben doing their work. That was one less thing to worry about.
Disclaimer: I’m not a professional animator. This is just a rundown of how I made this particular animation, and does not reflect how the animation process is typically done.
Step 1: Model Sheet
I got some references together and used them to make a basic character model. After that, I wanted to make sure the colors of both Sonic and the background looked good to together while still somewhat matching the colors used in the cut-scenes of Sonic CD.
Step 2: Rough Draft
I broke down Sonic’s design to make a quick rough draft of what the animation was going to look like. I also added a grid with a vanishing point to get a better idea of where to position him.
Step 3: Filling Things In
After the rough draft was finished, I started working on filling everything in. You can see how some parts of Sonic start to disappear as the animation plays out, since I was still working on them.
I was also testing to see how the rocks and dirt patches were going to look like in the shot.
The Finished Animation
I later added an outline to the horizon to help the rocks and dirt patches fade into the background better. But there you have it!
In retrospect, I’m not happy with the gradients that I used for the background. I should’ve put more effort into making it look more believable. Furthermore, I should’ve added more rocks and dirt patches farther off to the sides to make the background less empty.
I also wish I could’ve added smear frames to Sonic to help give him a better sense of speed. In some frames, his legs look like they’re over-extending. Probably because I animated the feet and legs separately…
Despite all that, I’m happy I was able to do this much. And I look forward to doing more in the future!
Anyway, I hope this was insightful in some way. And sorry if there’s any issues viewing these gifs, I’ve never uploaded multiple gifs before.
“Live now at Sayazagi Academy! We at SDS News have recieved a tip that a group of students here are planning to open up not only an idol group but a host club as well!! A daunting task indeed~ Look I believe here’s one of their member’s now!!
“Hello there! You’re a member of the new idol hostclub group here correct? Could you tell us what your name is?”
“um……… Moji. It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance…”
“Wonderful! So why exactly did you want to join the club?”
“I just wish to bring a smile to everyones faces, especially yours (the viewer). To bring you a tad of relief and a bit of a distraction from the hardships of school life and social life// …………… and for the money. yeah. wAIT edit that out”
“Is there something special you personally hope to accomplish in the group this year?”
“Fall in love”
“Haha no but seriously, make someones life better, whether it be through host, Idol, any means to make someone happier. I mean, i hope it ends up being more then one persons life better.”
“I see. So final question, what would you like to tell your fans?”
Oookay. So. I guess this is a Christmas/General holiday present for @thatsthat24 because I love him very much.
I worked a good 2 weeks on this because I’m busy and don’t have time to animate much. Not counting when I wasn’t working on it this still took a good 10 hours. I’m not proud of how choppy the animation is, but I hope, Thomas, that you can appreciate it? Plus I’m relatively proud of the art itself
Anyways, for @thatsthat24
I made this because you pulled me out of a terrible place. I’ve had crippling anxiety since losing my dad at the age of 6, and some form of depression with it since I was young, and I’ve been suicidal for many years. Pretty much for the past two years I’ve had nights at LEAST once a week usually more where all I wanted at all was to be dead and for the pain to be gone. And for many of those nights there were things and people who snapped me out of it for the time being. But the feeling came back every time, within a week. And those people have saved my self.
However, I’ve been watching your stuff since around when you started making Vines and you always cheered me up at least a little. But it wasn’t regularly. After a while I lost you for a few months until a month or so ago, when I rediscovered you and was instantly hooked, far more than before. I instantly started drawing things for you and sending them and you saw all of them and said such nice things and it just boosted my low confidence so much and made me so much happier. Your words make me smile and cry but in the end it all makes me feel better and not worse, no matter how strong my reaction. And not just your words to me, it’s your undying love for your fans, both as your fans and as individual people that keeps me going and feeling loved.
Since I got hooked with you and started actually interacting with you, I’ve definitely had some extreme lows. Many anxiety and panic attacks and more than a few mental breakdowns. But never since I first registered how much you meant to me and how much happier you make me have I wanted to kill myself or wished death upon myself. That’s progress for me.
This is getting long so I’m gonna try to wrap it up.
This animation/gif thing is pretty much to show how Thomas made my month a happy time with sad times in it not a sad time with happy days sprinkled through, and how he brought a lot more happiness into my every day life.
Tldr; Thomas Sanders is an angel who saved my life
Kai is sick after the merge and you take care of him
‘Kai? Are you home?’ You asked, letting your jacket and your purse down on the couch as you looked around the living room, but there was no sign of Kai. You shrugged your shoulders and walked to Kai’s room, only to find him laying on the bed with his eyes closed.
‘Kai?’ You muttered as you walked closer, kneeling on the floor, running you fingers through his hair. He barely opened his eyes, his face pale and sweaty.
'Hey’ he trailed off, his voice barely audible.
'Are you ok?’
'Somethings’s wrong. I feel like I’m dying actually.’ Kai said, pulling himself up to sit on the bed.
'Wrong in what way?’ You asked as you sat on the bed beside him.
'I think the merge didn’t exactly work in the way I wanted. You know, Luke was not my twin but we thought it would work but whoops, look at me now.’ Kai muttered, looking down at his fingers.
'Is there any way you can fix this or?’
'I don’t know. Maybe if I-’
He suddenly got up quickly and ran to the bathroom as he dropped to his knees and started throwing up. You walked over and leaned on the bathroom door frame, crossing your arms.
'Is that… blood?’ You asked as you started panicking a bit, afraid for Kai’s life and what could possibly happen if he doesn’t get better.
'Yeah. Everytime I throw up, blood comes out. Told you I feel like I’m dying.’
'Come here.’ You trailed off as you help Kai to get up and walked him over to the bed, helping him to lay down and covered him with a blanket that was near him.
'I wish I could do something to help you. I hate seeing you like this.’ You whispered as you laid beside Kai, placing his arm around your body, your head on his chest.
'It’s enough that you’re here with me. Making it a bit easier.’ Kai smiled and pulled you closer. He could barely keep his eyes opened and knew if he doesn’t find a solution for this, he could die and take his coven with him. He kissed your forehead and closed his eyes.
'Hey you’re not gonna die, Kai. You’re going to be ok.’ You muttered, looking at Kai. You quickly erased the thought of Kai dying of your mind. Life without Kai would be just a boring and empty place.
'I like that you’re always so full of life and optimistic, it gives me hope too.’
'It’s because I know we can get through this. It’s just a small obstacle we need to pass and I know we’ll make it.’ You said, placing a small cold compress on his forehead. 'Trust me.’
'You know I always trust you. With everything you say I know you’re right. It’s one of those small things I love about you.’ Kai muttered, making you smile, but you suddenly got up, coming out with a plan. It was more an idea than a plan but it was worth a try.
'What if… what if Jo gives you her magic? You had to merge with her but you merged with Luke instead and got the ability to do magic but, maybe if she gives you her magic, you’ll heal and everything will go back to normal.’ You stated, Kai taking off his cold compress, thinking about what you just said.
'That.. that’s actually not a bad idea. It’s worth a try. Even if it doesn’t work, I-’
'It will work. You just gotta believe it.’ You trailed off, laying beside Kai again, his arm wrapping around your body, pulling you in for a tight hug.
'My girlfriend is a genius.’ He whispered and kissed your forehead, making you laugh.
