Ficmas!

So I just discovered/heard about this thing wonderful thing called Ficmas! I thought it sounded like fun, so even the November is literally almost over, I thought I’d go ahead and do it anyway!

What’s is Ficmas you ask, well it’s basically you guys sending me prompts, where I’ll fill them and then post one fill a day from December 1st to the 25th!

What do I need from you? Prompts if you have any! And maybe reblog to spread this around if you wouldn’t mind.

What kind of prompts are you looking for? Do they have to be holiday themed? They can literally range from anything for Halloween or a smutty hookup on a super hot summer day or they can be your OTP curled up in front of a fire drinking hot cocoa!

I’m going to try and keep each fill around 1000 words in length, so that I’m not overwhelming myself and so that I know I can get each and every prompt filled!

What about the prompts in your inbox? Those prompts will be filled and posted before the end of the month! (and I’ve already jotted them down, so they won’t get mixed up with the prompts I get for Ficmas.)

Can I send in more than one prompt? You can send in multiple prompts, the only thing I’m going to ask for you to do, is to in one prompt at a time!

  • OH! Also, when/if you awesome pals do send me prompts/ideas, could you please use the ❄️ emoji so that I know you’re sending it for the ficmas event! Thank you!

Now I’m a pretty big multishipper, so I’m gonna try and list as many of my ships/fandoms, to hopefully give you guys some variety, which you’ll find that info below the cut! (If you seee a fandom you like, but not a ship you enjoy, you can shoot me a message to ask about it.)

Add more people, I love historical/period drama same-sex relationships (need more WLW with happy endings if possible!)

I can't believe STARZ had the balls

To take two super butch genres (pirates and gladiators) and end them with main character gay love stories, where the men live and are happy and literally watch the sunset together. If ‘Spartacus’ and ‘Black Sails’ can manage this, I seriously don’t know what the fuck is taking other networks so long?

Friend: C’mon, don’t be sad they died. It was just a fictional character, right?

“A film is — or should be — more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what’s behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later.”

Stanley Kubrick would have been 89 today.
