Oh, and you're also a "second amendment person" who rejects the idea that black lives matter, instead of choosing to say "all lives matter" which silences the black voices protesting the merciless murders (often for no reason) committed by corrupt police. I really do hope you have a nice Friday/ weekend. Now kindly go fuck yourself. 🙃🙃🙃

“Oh, and you’re also a “second amendment person”

Well aren’t we all? We all have the same constitutional rights. Yay equality.

“who rejects the idea that black lives matter, instead of choosing to say “all lives matter” which silences the black voices protesting the merciless murders (often for no reason) committed by corrupt police.”

You already said this, but once again ‘ALL’ includes black people. I just don’t think police violence and abuse of power is a race issue. As I said, more white people are being killed by police. You might say “black people are only 13.3% of the population though” and you would be right. The thing is before you can just start screaming everyone’s racist you still have to consider a few other numbers like the fact that black people account for almost 28% of the arrests and kill cops over 40% of the time. If a demographic commits more crime and attacks more cops chances are they’re going to be killed more by the police too.

“I really do hope you have a nice Friday/ weekend.“

You too!

“Now kindly go fuck yourself. 🙃🙃🙃 “

You too!

In Gretna, Florida, Juanita Donald called the police to come assist her and get her 24 year old son to take his medication, as she had done in the past.

On Tuesday morning, around 9:30 am, she called the police to help her with her son Kaldrick Donald and one officer showed up, Sergeant Charles Brown.

Charles Brown ended up tasing Kaldrick Donald repeatedly, and then took him into the isolated bathroom in the family’s house and shot him multiple times, killing him.

Brown murdered Donald in the presence his pregnant sister and mother, and no one can even say why. He was completely unarmed, and somehow not completely sane.

His mother said “I heard my baby say, I want my mama after he shot him, and then I didn’t hear anything else.”

His mother said she was “expecting them to take him to the Apalachee Center like before”, but instead a single officer came and escalated the situation, murdering him in front of his family.

Juanita continued to say “It wasn’t but one officer. Instead of him calling for backup, he took things in his own hands and he goes in the house and he rush him and shoot him.”

She continued to say he “didn’t want to be bothered”, and that he simply walked away from the officer.

She says Sergeant Charles Brown “Just grabbed him and he tased him. Then when he grabbed him and tased him, he rushed my son off in the bathroom and I heard three shots. I was like, you shot my son and he was like, I had to. I said, no, you didn’t have to.”

Charles Brown is now on ‘administrative leave’, or paid vacation, and if this story doesn’t blow up then this officer surely will see no charges.

Cop Thought He Saw a Child With Pot, So He Fired 7 Fatal Rounds Into His Back

Jonathen Santellana,17yo, years was sitting in his car in a parking space at an apartment complex in Houston, Texas with his friend, Kalee Marsteller, also 17. Navasota police officer Rey Garza decided to rush up to Santellana’s driver’s side window, brandishing a gun.

Naturally, Santellana and Marsteller thought this deranged man was trying to rob them, so Santellana put the car in reverse to escape. Garza tried to open the door as Santellana began driving away. Garza, claiming that he feared for his life, then shot Santellana in the back of the head and back, killing him.

The report from Cam Cope, president of Auto Fire & Safety Consultants of Conroe, shows that Garza’s version of events “is not consistent with any of the factual evidence.” It is being submitted by Santellana’s family directly to a grand jury for the case to be reconsidered. A grand jury decided not to indict Garza, believing that he shot Santellana out of fear for his own life.

Garza was acting as a “courtesy officer” for the apartment complex when he spotted Santellana holding something in his hands and grew suspicious. After crossing paths with Santellana, Garza went to his apartment and grabbed his gun. Garza then located Santellana in his car, and claims that he saw Santellana putting a green leafy substance into a prescription bottle.

Garza felt that this behavior was cause for him to accost Santallana. Here is where the factual evidence contradicts Garza’s sworn testimony.

Garza claims that he “asked Jonathen to get out of the Chevrolet Malibu, then opened the driver’s door and reached in with his right hand to remove the keys from the ignition, as he alleges Jonathen was attempting to start the car.”

However, the car was already running, and Garza was banging on the window with his gun and demanding that Santellana roll down the window, according to Marsteller. An eyewitness, Sheila Moreno, states that Garza did not identify himself as a police officer, nor did she say anything about Garza holding a badge.

Garza claims that “he showed his badge and police identification as he opened the door” and “he had the gun and holster in his pocket as he attempted to remove the ignition keys with his right hand, then pulled the gun from the holster, showed the badge, fired 4-5 rounds, without aiming, as the driver’s door moved rearward 10-12 feet, peeling out (Rey Garza’s deposition).”

However, Moreno states that Garza was holding the gun with both hands. Garza’s holster was actually located on the front driver’s side windshield of Jonathen’s car. Marsteller states that Garza said he was a police officer only after Santellana had backed out of the space and began driving away. She also states that Garza did not begin shooting until after the car was moving forward.

Moreno states that she saw the car driving forward when she heard gunshots. She saw Garza walk toward the car and fire an additional 3 to 5 shots. Seven empty bullet casings were found in the middle of the parking lot.

Garza testified that Santellana never threatened him nor did he feel that Santellana was a dangerous person. Yet that did not stop him from recklessly approaching the vehicle with a loaded weapon and firing when Santellana did not obey orders from this large man in gym shorts, who did not initially identify himself as an officer or show a badge. He also put the residents of the apartment complex in danger by shooting at the moving vehicle.

Garza claims that he became pinned between Santellana’s door and the car parked next to him. However, Marsteller states that Garza was never in danger from the door and it did not hit anything. Santellana pushed Marsteller’s head down to protect her from flying bullets, and that is how he got shot in the back of the head.

The Grand Jury Package, submitted to the Free Thought Project by Roxanna Harrison, Santellana’s mother, reads as follows:

“Rey Garza should be indicted for murder, manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and/or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as probable cause exists. Garza was not in danger when he shot Jonathen Santellana in the back and back of the head killing him. Like most criminal homicide suspects Rey Garza has come up with an excuse. However, the forensic and credible eyewitness evidence refutes his version on the events. Furthermore, shooting a person for trying to escape a non-violent minor crime is not a defense to homicide or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The public and parents of Jonathen Santellana want justice to be done.”

This killer cop is still out on the streets because a grand jury, as is the case in most instances, failed to indict Garza — in spite of the overwhelming evidence against him. Blue privilege is nothing short of a license to kill.

We need the judges and prosecutor’s to be investigated because they are just as guilty when they let these tyrannical, bullying thugs off without even a slap on the wrist. Cops and district attorneys along with judges all wash each others backs. “I was afraid”, it defines their characters and carries ultimate influence with the judicial system. These are cowards with murderous intent. I do not know how a parent not go insane from the utter void of justice….and simply take out the murderer on their own. Actually it’s just one more crime committed by cops left unpunished. Not a surprise, but a long term #BadgePrivilege. They use to feel impunity and the prosecutors help them not to change their attitude.

Man Detained, Choked and Thrown to the Ground by NYPD – For Dancing Behind A Cop

“What are you dancin’ in the street for? What the f**k is wrong with you?” barks the NYPD cop as he assaults a man for dancing.

New York, NY — A harmless and humorous dance challenge by TV personality Ellen Degeneres, goes brutally awry after the NYPD gets involved.

Ellen’s #DanceDares have brought humor and laughter to so many people, until now.

The premise for the #DanceDare is simple, dance behind someone without them noticing.

Most of these interactions simply make people smile, or at worst walk away. However, when YouTube personality, Alexander BOK attempted this playful stunt behind an NYPD officer, he was accosted and assaulted.

Accosted and assaulted for dancing in the street on Christmas Eve.

In what looks more like a gang bullying than a police detainment, BOK is immediately thrown up against the NYPD van while a hand clinches his neck – for dancing.

NYC man busted with 500,000 untaxed cigarettes in his van | NY Post

A Staten Island man was busted Thursday after police discovered thousands of dollars in untaxed cigarettes in his van, law enforcement sources said.

Michael Zekry, 67, was stopped in New Springville by police who were on his tail for several months, and busted him with over 2,500 cartons of untaxed cigarettes, according to a criminal court complaint.

Police had been keeping tabs on him since May 2014, but it wasn’t immediately clear what prompted the investigation.

Zekry was found inside a Ford Econoline van parked outside his home around 12:30 a.m. on Field Street and Forest Hill Road with the contraband, according to the criminal court complaint.

He admittedly boasted of his earnings to police, and told investigators he peddled the smokes across Staten Island and Brooklyn about every 10 weeks, the documents charge.

“I go to Virginia every 10 weeks, I make $5,000 to $7,000 on a load, a carton sells between $40 to $50, you got a good one! I’m out of business now,” he told arresting officers.

After cops executed a search warrant for his home, they uncovered 500 more cartons of untaxed cigarettes, the documents state.

That’s approximately 517,200 loose cigarettes.

If Zekry had sold the smokes, it would have resulted in a $150,000 loss in city and state tax revenue, authorities said.

He has been charged with tax fraud for peddling the tax-free smokes, which is considered a felony offense, law enforcement sources said.

He faces up to four years in prison if convicted.

In July, Eric Garner tragically died after cops put him in an illegal choke-hold when they tried to place him under arrest for selling untaxed cigarettes.

Ja Rule Talks About 15-Year-Old Son’s Fear of Police

White supremacy has been systematized and institutionalized and one of it’s byproducts is in how the justice system works here in America; from the top all the way down (meaning from how the laws were designed, written and implemented all the way down to the the police in the communities and how they are enforced) there is an inherent bias against people of color and the darker the color of said people, the worse they are subjugated and treated as a whole. Of course there are always exceptions to the norm, but the fact of the matter is here in America, the norm is that in their eyes (the police) if you are of color then you are presumed guilty regardless if you are innocent or not. This is clearly seen and manifested in day to day life across the country and current documentation of it can be found on any news site any given day. #Hate it!

Caught On Tape: Fla. Cop Threatens To ‘Put A Round’ In Black Men During Traffic Stop | News One

Within the last two months, Eric Garner, 43, unarmed, was killed on July 17 by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo who placed him in an illegal chokehold while questioning him for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes; John Crawford, 22, unarmed, was shot and killed on August 5 by two Ohio police officers, David Darkow and Sean Williams, in Walmart after he was spotted holding a toy rifle; 18-year-old Mike Brown, unarmed, was gunned down by Ferguson, Missouri police officer Darren Wilson while walking with a friend in his neighborhood; and Ezell Ford, 24, who was also unarmed, was shot and killed by unnamed officers in the LAPD on August 12.

In the wake of these tragic events and renewed intense conversations surrounding police brutality against Black men, a video  of police in Boynton Beach, Florida threatening to “put a round” through four Black men during a routine traffic stop has emerged and begun making the rounds on social media.

One of the occupants in the video records the interaction, even after the officer tells him to stop, to which he responds:

No, I have rights. I’m not intimidated. I have rights.

Sir, I’m recording your ass. What the f*ck you going to do?

B**ch, you’re on camera. What the f*cks wrong with you. Stupid ass cracker.

The driver of the car repeatedly asks the officer who stopped them for his badge number. The officer provides his name, but not the number, prompting the driver to attempt to take a picture of his badge. The officer slaps the phone out of his hand, pulls him from the car and places him face down on the ground.

That’s when another officer, presumably his partner or back-up rushes to the window, gun drawn, and says:

“I’ll put a round in your ass so quick,” with his weapon threw the window pointed directly at the men.

What the actual fuck it this?? Cops just exceed their authority and I can’t imagine what would happen if his camera stopped recording. The police don’t give a shit about people, they try to cover their fat asses by distorting facts and abusing their powers.

Let’s spread this like a bad rash.

Black Teenage Girl Asphyxiated To Death From Asthma In Jail Cell, Cops Did Nothing to Help

While the NYPD is still trying to figure out which way to face NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio in the wake of the NYC Mayor’s support for the Eric Garner protests, a strikingly similar incident involving the needless death of a black female at the hands of police has come to light.

Meet Sheneque Proctor, an 18 year-old female African-American, who sadly died in a Bessemer City, Alabama jail cell  after…

Pregnant Woman Beaten by Longview Police Loses Baby in Cowlitz County Jail, Receives No Medical Attention.

Julia Weed was 13 ½ weeks pregnant, when she was arrested by Longview police.

“I ended up being thrown into the side of someone’s car next to us and pushed up against it a few more times because I was trying to keep my stomach off of it and then shoved to the ground where two more piled on top of me. I had a ring on my hand which had caught on the ground underneath my chest keeping me from giving them my hand. I told them my hand was stuck and they continued to pull on my arm which ended up cutting my hand and crushing my ring. During all this my son’s dad was yelling at them that I was pregnant over and over and to get off me that I was pregnant. One of the officers turned around and told him to “shut up or he was next.”

Julia was then shoved into the police vehicle, and taken to the Cowlitz County Jail for booking and processing.

“While being booked in to jail I started bleeding…I had suffered enough damage to my stomach I had started to hemorrhage from the placenta. The booking officer refused to let me use the bathroom as I was bleeding down my legs I informed of my pregnancy and bleeding her response was no I couldn’t use the bathroom that I could take care of it up in my cell. They didn’t transport me to the hospital I was later transferred to medical unit after my cell mates complained enough that I needed to be transferred because of my situation. While in medical unit I had my vitals checked once and I was given one prenatal vitamin a few days after arriving the day before I was bailed out. I was sent to my cell in bloody clothes had to change a few times due to the blood. They didn’t care at all.”

“I went onto full labor June 27th ended up in the hospital overnight my contractions slowed down enough to go home. The next morning I was in full labor again and ended up in the hospital I had been bleeding so much and for so long the blood had been clothing inside me and I had lost enough blood to the point where I almost needed a blood transfusion. My son was born with all ten toes and fingers and a heartbeat. Myself his dad and my mom all had to sit there and watch him die in our hands. There was nothing that could be done. We held him for three hours before his chest stopped moving. He was helpless and didn’t deserve to lose his life.”

The Cowlitz County Jail is notorious for refusing medical treatment to people in its care. During this same time period from 2013-2014, 4 people held at the Cowlitz County Jail died due to lack of medical attention.
