Well, I was doing just fine…just because I’m little in comparison to you doesn’t mean I’m all that sma–

Hey hey hey, hold it right there! First of all, I’ve stressed it so many times that I’M A MALE!
And secondly, I could totally survive in your kingdom! Do you know what I’m even capable of?!

Yeah, that’s right! Be afraid! There’s plenty more where this comes from!

You came into this world with eyes as clear as water
You didn’t look a thing like your grandmother’s daughter
With a heart so heavy and beating like a drum
neither did you look like your grandfather’s son
Wilder than a brushfire burns deep inside the bramble
Darling, I think God made your soul born to ramble
Maybe you’ll take to the far away places
Where life is gonna deal you a hand full of aces
But it doesn’t really matter how great the spaces.

(Wilder // Brandi Carlile)

“Well, with the way you dress yourself, you look like one of those self-centered, Gothic emos who go on about how hard their life is. but, excuse me, my name is Tyrain.” What exactly is he? He’s half human and half Grimm, to be more precise, Beowolf.

“… Tarn, Tarn Blackstoneand call me emo again, and your mutated body will be Dreahamut’s lunch.” Tarn bluntly threatened the boy that had made it to his mountain range. The beast he named was nowhere to be found, even if they stood right at the entrance of Eclipstone’s ‘Valley’.

Particularly around this time of the year I find myself missing Austin and I’s frequent day trips up to Mt. Lemmon for cookies and pizza and a few hours of running around through pine trees and scampering up every hill in pursuit of the best view of our town. I miss that watery winter light reaching through the branches of those tall pines, the swoosh of your feet sliding down slopes covered in fallen pine needles, our loud laughter echoing in the quiet woods.
