Summary: Major life events can change your mark, that’s what they say. “Bends in the road of life,” Bitty’s Mama tells him. “It means you have control over your own future,” is Jack’s father’s take.
Jack doesn’t think about his mark until it changes when Bitty goes down hard on the ice. Bitty can’t remember who any of them are and Jack’s mark now reads, “Who is he?”

Most memorable line: “When I first saw you, I thought you were so small.”

He had that entire monologue from Henry V memorized, along with the line from Hamlet in T6T.

He fenced in school (there’s an award on his wall), he plays violin, he wrote stories, he’s taken ballet at some point, he folds napkins into swans and dresses like Baryshnikov in public and a beat poet in private and always gels his curls.

Sherlock must have been such a die-for-my-art kind of kid.

sehun not only read and memorized his lines for dear archimedes, but also everyone else’s lines. those working on the film have said that he has put tremendous effort into understanding the motivations and thoughts behind each character in the drama to better understand how the story unfolds. and not only is that amazing, but it just shows how passionate he is about acting and getting into character.

It’s January 2017. At Walt Disney World, The Hall of Presidents is opened for the first time in months. The Trump AA has been revealed. He now joins with the great great presidents before him. His mouth opens to say his memorable, inspiring, and beautiful line just like all of the great great presidents before him during the show. The AA speaks his beautiful line that will inspire kids everywhere….“Grab em by the pussy”

Most memorable line: “Zimmboni! Come sit on Santa’s lap! No children for you so you come sit and tell Santa what you want.”

theatre things that remind me of the hogwarts houses

gryffindor: auditioning for the first time, being alone on stage, long choreography rehearsals, the adrenaline of opening night, designing the set on the grid, hauling furniture onto the set, cue to cues, writing a play, improv comedy, waiting at the stage door after a show.

hufflepuff: getting flowers and gifts backstage, taking the final curtain call, highlighting lines, bringing snacks to rehearsal, read-throughs, pulling costumes from stock, set dressing, paint swatches, warm lighting design, perfectly blended sound, directing, waking into a theater you’ve never been in before.

ravenclaw: character analysis, memorizing lines, learning tight harmonies, having the show become second nature, stage makeup, set construction, costume fittings, mic checks, organized prop tables, writing cues, stage managing, experimental theatre, saving old playbills and ticket stubs.

slytherin: callbacks, practicing after rehearsal, selling program ads, an understudy/swing going on for the first time, fight calls, strike, production meetings, late night paint calls, cool-toned lighting design, spiking the stage, fly rails, producing, watching a bootleg, playbill giveaways.

Funny Imagine

Think about if the characters had to ability to read their script for XV….

Noctis: Fuck this… *chucks script*

Ignis: I beg your fucking pardon!? I lose my sight??????

Prompto: Um, wait…what? *scans the whole thing*

Gladiolus: Why am I a fucking dick…?

Regis: I have less than a page of lines…

Ardyn: Oooooh! *grins*

Iris: So, Im reduced to being a girl who has a crush on Noctis and my badass upgrade is offscreen? *mutters bitterly*

Verstael: *has lines memorized since there were like 3*

Cor: Might as well do this… *realizes the lack of his appearances*

Because he’s a masochistic fuckwit, that’s why.

Most memorable line: But Jack Zimmermann is starting to think that maybe he doesn’t deserve so much self-inflicted pain, so here’s what really happens:

I never rehearse. Never! I think it’s a waste of time. You’re trying to be spontaneous in a very unspontaneous environment, so the only chance you have is to keep it inside of you for as long as you can so that when the moment finally comes it will hopefully seem like you’re saying it for the first time.

I totally forgot this picture of Ender from two years ago exsisted until facebook reminded me this morning. Don’t think I ever posted it here it was such a completely random thing I did that day. So here’s a random throwback post to a pointless posed set I did of a sim I haven’t played in forever and almost no one would remember.

Why I think Chloe Lukasiak has enormous potential as an actress

1. Chloe is natural. She draws from experience. She acts from the inside. This has always been evident in her dancing, where she internalizes, instead of externalizes, the music and the stories behind them.

2. She has had a difficult childhood. Not to mention the resilience to channel these emotions into art.

3. She is a voracious reader. Acting isn’t just about memorizing and delivering lines. It’s about reading between the lines, about analyzing a character written on a page and turning it into a three-dimensional person. Acting is, essentially, interpretation.

4. Chloe works hard, very hard. This speaks for itself.

5. Chloe is humble. Anybody who has worked with her describe her using this word. Which means she knows that she is far from perfect as an actor and needs a lot of improvement. And this shows, because her audition tapes keep getting better and better.

And lastly, but most importantly:

6. She has a support system. A sister whom she is not jealous of, or vice-versa. Two parents who encourage her without pressuring her, and who will be fine if one day she decides to drop Hollywood and go to med school. Hollywood is a tough, tough place, where expectations go beyond what is realistic or doable, where people backstab each other every time they get the chance. Chloe has had a taste of that, but her self-esteem is pretty much intact because at the end of the day, she has a loving family to  return to. And that is the most important thing.

John Connor gave me a picture of you once. I didn’t know why at the time. It was very old - torn, faded. You were young like you are now. You seemed just a little sad. I used to always wonder what you were thinking at that moment. I memorized every line, every curve… I came across time for you, Sarah. I love you; I always have.
