so i just had a really sad but also happy thought. what if one day harry comes home from a really horrible mission and fumbles with his key so he can get in to see draco and hug him but he’s really, really shaking. There’s a metallic clang as it slips through his fingers and falls to the floor and he sinks with it; his legs are refusing to hold him up for any longer.
He sits there for like half an hour? then his body collapses, dry sobs rattling his whole frame and he doesn’t even glance up when the door opens and a shocked draco rushes to kneel in front of him and hold him while harry tries to limit the shivers that rush through him as he recalls the churning that ran through his body as he lay in wait for yet another bastard that wanted him dead.
Draco strokes the back of his neck and traces soothing patterns on the back of Harry’s hand until at last, Harry inhales heavily and looks up at Draco. There are fresh tears in his eyes as he whispers: “i was so fucking scared draco, i was terrified”. He leans into him, clutching at draco’s shirt like it was a lifeline.
And that’s when draco decides he cant take this anymore. Harry is brave and kind and selfless and so full of love and he doesn’t deserve to ever feel scared again. “Why don’t you quit?”
“I cant, can I? It’s not all over yet.” Harry’s voice breaks as he lets out the pain that he feels each day as he enters a battlefield or a building filled with people who just either expect too much or want there to be a hole where Harry Potter once existed.
Draco takes both Harry’s hands and cradles them like they are the most precious thing to both of them. He lets one finger run round the wedding ring on Harry’s fourth finger.
“Harry, you’re brave and strong and wonderful, but these people you say you’re fighting for, you’ve done your part for them now. You’ve been saving them for years and years. You don’t owe anyone anything Harry, except yourself. You aren’t getting to live anymore, you work and work and at work all you seem to do is have to listen to more reasons people want you dead. I love you so much, and it.., it breaks my heart to have to see you like this. Please don’t stay there if its not what you really want. No one will think any less of you, and I.. I just want you to be happy and safe, with me, for as long as forever will let me.”
A small smile turns up the corners of Harry’s mouth. His eyes are glistening, but there’s a small glimmer of hope that’s buried itself in there now.
“I think I need to owl Mcgonagall back about that teaching position.”
You had always been close to the guys…well at least six of them. You had worked as an intern at BigHit when the guys were trainees and eventually debuted. However, you moved onto a bigger and better job, but still managed to stay good friends with the group. You somehow ended up at JYP in hopes of being a manager one day. But you were still one of their treasured friends, and they valued your input towards the group.
You don’t know when the feelings started. Well to be completely honest, you didn’t even realize you had these feelings for Namjoon. But what Hoseok said was true. You were always shy around him, but somehow making him happy became important to you. You noticed all the subtle things about him and studied him like a book unconsciously. Before you knew it, you knew all the things he loved and all the things he resented.
But he became increasingly cold towards you. He never really treated you like the other boys, who were always open and friendly with you. And maybe that’s why you fell for him. Because you had to figure him out and he was always on your mind. He became your favorite puzzle to solve and once it was solved, it became your hobby making sure the puzzle stayed whole and beautiful.
the signs and moments in hamilton that make you feel something
aries: the song take a break. philip is reciting his poem and he is nervous, he’s injecting a little joy into his dad’s busy day and paving a path for himself and eliza is beatboxing and she is proud, and alexander is watching and smiling and he is goofy and happy and proud and before you know it you’re smiling too.
taurus: the song dear theodosia (reprise). burr is singing about the death of his wife, the death of his daughter’s mother, the very woman who he spent his life with, the woman who he’d waited for for so long, she’d dead, and he chokes up. there’s a catch in his voice and he starts crying in the middle of the song and you feel how broken this man is and how the very light in his life is banished and no matter what you can’t help but get choked up too.
gemini: the song stay alive. it’s the middle of battle and lee and washington are yelling at each other to attack, retreat, attack, retreat, and your heart pounds and your pulse picks up and you feel the urge to run right into the song and throw in your two cents.
cancer: the song guns and ships. lafayette is on top of a table, rapping faster than the speed of light, he jumps down and i’mnevergonnastopuntilimakethemdropandburnthemupandscattertheremains, i’m and you try to rap as fast as you can right beside him and your pulse is racing as well and you’re stumbling over your words and having a lovely time.
leo: the song stay alive (reprise). philip is singing softly to hamilton, hamilton is cradling him and holding his head, i know, i know, and philip is so insistent, he wants his role model to know i held my head up high, i was aiming for the sky, but all of a sudden his chest hurts and his muscles clench up and his voice catches on “sky” and all hamilton can do is let the tears fall and hold his dying son, and before you know it those aren’t hamilton’s tears but yours and they’re falling down your own face.
virgo: the song say no to this. one mister james reynolds has just sent a blackmail letter to hamilton and hamilton is at maria’s and she’s on the floor sobbing and clutching at his knees, begging him to stay, hamilton is distressed and how could i do this and maria remembers what was written on the letter and she gets up and grabs at his arm and tells him if you pay, you can stay, and her voice is so loud and full and clear and your heart swells and your eyebrows furrow and all you want to know is will he stay? will he stay?
libra: the song washington on your side. washington and jefferson and burr are mad and they’re so pissed and oh so ticked at hamilton and they’re jumping around the stage and jefferson spits out if washington isn’t gon listen to disciplined dissidents this is the difference this kid is out and they all join together and get even madder and before you know it there’s SOUTHERN MOTHERFUCKING DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICANS and you’re so awake and vivid and everything is so angry.
scorpio: the song satisfied. angelica has just finished recounting her tale with alexander and her flashback has ended and reality and the present is swirling around her feet and all she can do is raise her glass to the groom, to the groom, to the groom, to the groom, and she doesn’t want it to happen but there’s tears streaming down her face for both love for her sister and mourning of what she could’ve had if only she was a bit more selfish and your heart is so very full and all you can do it sit back and let her voice and her story overpower you.
sagittarius: the song who lives who dies who tells your story. eliza recounts her tales of the soldiers, of washington, of angelica, of everyone, and she never forgot a single soul, just did everything in her power to get everyone the recognition they deserved, and before you know it there’s the orphanage and eliza didn’t do a single thing wrong and are those your own tears streaming down your cheeks, or are those hers?
capricorn: the song what’d i miss. jefferson is hopping around in a velvety purple jacket and cane and bopping along with everyone and there’s so much jazzy joy in the air and everyone is happy and welcoming of the great thomas jefferson but you can’t be there to dance and celebrate along with them so all you can do is bob your head and hear the music cascading to give him a warm welcome home.
aquarius: the song blow us all away. philip’s voice is so full of hope and energy and pride and the whistling in the background makes it seems like everything’s okay. as the song progresses there’s a growing sense of dread, and when the countdown to his duel begins and halts out of nowhere with a crack, your heart drops and you know something horrible has occurred.
pisces: the song the story of tonight. the voices of laurens, lafayette, and mulligan mix together in a melodic harmony, and it sounds like a lullaby of hope. hamilton joins in and they raise a glass to freedom, to the future, and you can’t help but smile to yourself and feel cozy and warm, as if you’re burying yourself in a warm sweatshirt.
I blame you entirely @kaxpha I take no responsibility.
…. Y u hurt me dude.
Anyways. Here it is, chapter 1. Lance and Shiro angst + broganes angst + KLANCE angst + ….Just angst all around, yo.
Um…So yeah, hope you like??? It’s also on Ao3 on my same name. It’s the second part of the Human Healing Pod Au.
Disclaimer: Voltron doesn’t belong to me. Human Healing Pod Au doesn’t belong to me.
Shiro frowns exasperated as he catches Lance’s blue glowing light from the corner of his eye.
It’s been a few weeks since their last group training took place with Lance’s new healing powers. The brunet insisted that he had the hang of it, being able to work through the process on small injuries without getting dizzy after it.
Lance had reassure Shiro that he will continue training on his own but Shiro had just pursed his lips, not convinced in the least. After a few minutes arguing, Shiro finally agreed to Lance’s plan but only if the brunet had someone with him during his training sessions, something that Lance had grudgingly agreed to along with a few more conditions.
One week later and Lance was already breaking one of their conditions.
“That boy, I swear.” Shiro mumbles, making his way towards Lance as the brunet places his hands over the alien refugee they just saved in today’s mission, his blue eyes falling into a vivid glow entirely in less than a tick, “Hey, I said no more healing today, Lance. You –“
It was just a light pull. Shiro placed his Galra arm over the brunet’s shoulder and pull just enough break apart the contact between him and the alien’s wound and suddenly there was screaming.
Agonized and pained screaming echoes around them and Shiro just stares in horror as Lance shakes and continues to scream in his arms, his glowing eyes getting brighter before losing their light and then being bright once again.
“Lance!” Shiro shouts startled, “Lance, buddy, what’s wrong¡?” He yells in panic, making sure to hold the teen tight against him as he continues to scream and then –
Then Lance sighs, eyes rolling to the back of his head, losing their blue glow, and he goes limp on Shiro’s arms, mouth hanging open in a silent scream and Shiro’s heart skips a beat at the sight.
“L-Lance?” He whispers softly, voice cracking, “Buddy?”
“LANCE!” Keith’s voice echoes in panic and urgency, “Lance¡? Shiro, what happened¡? LANCE!”
“H-He’s not breathing.” Shiro gasps, a cold shiver running through his spine, “H-he’s not –“
Lance’s suddenly taken away from him by a pair of red armored hands. Shiro blinks in panic and confusion for a moment before he raises his head and stares at Keith as the black haired teen cradles Lance’s body against his.
“Lance, baby, hey, come on, come on, this is not funny, Lance, please.” Keith mumbles, his free hand gently patting Lance’s cheek in hopes of getting a reaction, “L-Lance, baby, please, please, no. Hey! Come on, you promised! Lance!”
Everything’s a blur for Shiro after that. Keith’s screams and pleads echo inside him, mixing themselves with Lance’s screams along with Hunk’s sobs and the image of Pidge’s scared face. Barely noticing when Coran makes his way towards them and takes Lance from Keith’s arms, followed by the blurry image of Hunk holding Keith back as he trashes and screams wildly when Lance is taken away from him.
He doesn’t even notice Allura’s presence until she whispers his name against his ear and he snaps out of it. He blinks hard and takes the surroundings around him. He’s in Allura’s room, lying down on her bed, facing the ceiling in disorientation and confusion.
“Wha –“ Shiro mumbles softly, “What.”
“Hey, it’s alright. Take it easy.” Allura whispers gently, stroking his hair, “It’s alright.”
“What happened?” Shiro asks in a daze, eyes groggy and tired before they snap wide open as he remembers Lance’s limp weight on his arms, “Lance. What happened to Lance? Allura?”
“You killed him, that’s what happened.” Shiro freezes at the cold harsh voice that answers him and slowly turns his head to the side to meet his little brother’s glare.
“Keith!” Allura snaps, sighing in exasperation as if it wasn’t the first time she has scolded the teen.
“What? It’s true, isn’t it?” Keith snaps back, frowning and glaring angrily.
Allura stays quiet and Shiro’s blood turns cold.
“Allura?” He asks in a small voice and Allura shakes her head.
“He died for a few ticks but we were able to get him back.” Allura answers, her shoulders tense and her voice tired, “But it wasn’t anyone’s fau –“
“No. It was Shiro’s. It was Shiro who made Lance push himself in every training session knowing the danger. It was Shiro who made Lance feel like he needed to push and push and push himself more every time. It’s because of Shiro that Lance has dark bags and swollen red eyes and is tired all the time. It was Shiro –It was Shiro who broke the connection and caused Lance’s heart to stop.”
One, two, three beats and then –
“What?” Shiro breaths out, slowly sitting up on the bed and waving away Allura’s complaints, “What? What does that – What?
“Keith.” Allura says calmly but with an edge of warning in her tone, “Stand down.”
“Whatever.” Keith mumbles, scoffing and sending Shiro a dark glare before turning around and walking towards the exit, leaving behind a frozen Shiro.
“What.” Shiro whispers, “What?”
“Keith, no, wait!” Shiro ignores Allura’s words as he climbs down the bed and follows his brother with wobbly but fast steps, “Keith Kogane Shirogane, come back her –!”
Keith turns around sharply and Shiro takes a surprised step back at the furious snarl on his kid brother’s face.
“Don’t call me that.” Keith whispers with menace, “I want nothing to do with you, you hear me? Nothing.”
“Keith –“ Shiro stops as Keith suddenly crashes against him, barely dodging the fist that was aimed for his face, “Keith!” He repeats, grabbing Keith by the arms and keeping him still.
“You damn son of a –! It was your fault! You and your stupid rules! You and – and – God, I hate you, Ifucking hate you!” Keith screams, fist hitting the young adult on the chest, “You fucking – I fucking hate –“
“You didn’t protect him!” Keith screams, still trashing and kicking against Shiro’s hold on his arms, “You didn’t protect him! You promised and you didn’t –! You just let him die in your arms! You just stood there as he died and –! Fuck!”
“Keith, please –“ Shiro rasps out brokenly but Keith shakes his head, taking a step back from his older brother, shrugging his hold.
“No. No. He died, Shiro. My – Lance died and I – I couldn’t – And –“ A sudden abrupt sob escapes his mouth and suddenly Keith falls to the ground, sobs shaking his entire body, “I –I –I didn’t know what – And you were – You looked so hopeless as you held him and I couldn’t – I fucking lost it –“
“Keith.” Shiro mumbles, his heart breaking for his little brother but the teen just continues to sob on the ground in the middle of the hallway.
“I-I’m sorry, fuck – I’m sorry, Shiro – I know it wasn’t – wasn’t your fault but –“ Keith presses the palm of his hands hard against his eyes in hopes to stop the flowing tears, “It was mine. It was my fault – And I slash out at you and I’m – He was dead, god , he wasDEAD, SHIRO!”
Shiro doesn’t hesitates and then he’s on the floor, wrapping his arms around his little brother as the teen shakes with sobs, still mumbling incoherently against his brother’s chest and Shiro takes no mind as snot and tears mix themselves on his shirt.
He just holds his brother, tight and strong, and sucks in a deep breath to stop his own tears from falling.
“I’m sorry.” He murmurs under his breath against Keith’s wild hair, “I’m so sorry, little brother.”
Allura just stands quietly on the corner, watching with sad eyes as the brothers sit on the floor, holding each other. She turns then, giving them their privacy before she enters the first room down the opposite hall.
Her footsteps are soft as she walks towards the bed on the corner of the room. The room is dark and quiet, for the exception of the hard panting breathing coming from the bed.
Allura takes a seat on the start of the bed, near Lance’s face, and watches sadly as the brunet rasps out harsh breaths through his mouth, unable to fill his lungs properly.
“Hush, now, it’s okay, Lance. It’s okay.” She mumbles gently, brushing Lance’s wet hair back as the the brunet whimpers inconsolably, “Sh, asteráki. You’re alright.”
She stays there for a while, humming under her voice to calm the brunet down and whispering comfort words as he whimpers and whines unconsciously.
Allura losses track of the time but suddenly, the door opens once again and she meets Shiro’s wide scared eyes at the edge of the door.
“Shiro.” She calls softly and frowns when the leader of Voltron doesn’t knowledge her calling, his gray eyes solemnly placed on the shivering brunet on the bed, “Shiro, love.”
One, two, three steps back out of shock and then Shiro’s running out of the room.
Marinette had a strange fear revolving around bugs, particularly scorpions (bug family or not Marinette considered them a bug and she was absolutely terrified of them). Needless to say Marinette was more than a little on edge when a guest speaker came to her class with containers and containers of bugs, including scorpions. While most girls were squealing over the various spiders and tarantulas Marinette eyed the scorpion’s cage warily. She wiped sweaty palms against her jeans and swallowed hard. Her heart drummed in her chest and her breathing felt much too shallow.
“Girl chill out it’s in a cage!” Alya shook her head.
“It could still get out!” Marinette pointed out.
“We’re almost legal adults and you’re telling me you still have a phobia of scorpions?” Alya shook her head incredulously.
“You’re still afraid of swing sets!” Marinette shot back.
“Hey those things are a deathtrap!!!” Alya snapped. Marinette raised an eyebrow at Alya’s outburst. Alya took a deep calming breath. “Okay you’re right but don’t you think it’s about time we faced our fears? Maybe today is the day we leave these silly phobias behind…” Alya urged Marinette towards the table of critters. Marinette’s chest tightened. She shook her head violently, flipping around in Alya’s arms and looking up at her pleadingly.
“Today is not that day!” Marinette pushed Alya away from the table, a lump already forming in Marinette’s throat. Alya sighed in resignation, patting her friend comfortingly on the back. Adrien noticed the girl in distress and began to move away from the table to see what was wrong. All the while Lila sat by and watched. She sent a loathsome look towards Marinette. Lila looked towards the table, smiling cruelly as she discreetly knocked one of the containers to the ground releasing its contents unknowingly into the classroom.
“Hey Marinette is everything okay?” Adrien asked. He knit his brows together as he looked on the frightened girl. Marinette squeaked, nearly jumping into the air at the sound of his voice. She turned to him pulling at one of her pigtails as she did so, cheeks pink.
“I’m fine! I just I- um- I- uh- bugs um they uh- the scorpions they- I uh-“ Marinette fumbled for words running her fingers nervously through one of her pigtails. A smile pulled at the edges of Adrien’s lips.
“Not a fan of scorpions?” Marinette nodded, chewing on her bottom lip. “Want to know something? I’m afraid of spiders,” Adrien admitted.
“Y-you are?!” Marinette’s eyebrows shot up into her bangs.
“Yeah, they really freak me out.” Adrien rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.
“They do kill 6.6 people every year!” Marinette blurted. Adrien chuckled.
“So they kill six people and a half person?” Adrien smirked tilting his head to the side.
“Well technically it would by 60% of a person,” Marinette babbled, face growing red. She couldn’t believe she was saying this. To her relief Adrien laughed.
“Somehow I think we are getting this statistic wrong,” Adrien said.
“We probably-“ before Marinette could finish the thought Lila let out a sharp scream. Everyone turned towards her in alarm. Her eyes were blown wide as she pointed a shaky hand towards Marinette.
“Scorpion!!” she shouted. Marinette’s heart beat sped out of control. Her mouth went dry as her head slowly shifted down to see a small black scorpion resting on her foot. Marinette screamed as panic swept over her. Her body jerked backwards in an attempt to shake the scorpion from her. She stumbled backwards throat raw from the inhumanly high pitched noise emanating from her. She fell back onto the ground scorpion landing on her stomach. Her chest felt tight her breathing shallow and erratic. Perspiration lined her forehead. She could hear her pulse pounding haphazardly in her ears.
But Lily and James would have tucked Harry in and read him stories about trains and magic and everything else and James would have made the noises and Lily would have bopped Harry on the nose and pulled funny faces while he giggled in his little blue pyjamas but they died instead
Reaction when during concert their little child run up on star with tears and saying something like"daddy this song is beatiful, you sing perfect" and starts crying and hugging him and all ARMYS make one sound like “owwwh cute” and kid gets shy🙈
So I’ve decided to just come up with Korean names for each of their kids. I feel like that makes it a little more personalized, rather than just putting Y/K/N. Also, my name is Sarah. I’m American and only know a small amount of Korean, so if I screw up these names somehow…I am so sorry and please politely correct me lol. Enjoy!
I kind of wonder if Taehyung picked those names for his future children because Taekwon sounds like Tae Kwon Do…Taekwon literally means “kick hand”
You were having trouble controlling your three year old, Taekwon, as he toddled around backstage, huge red earphones covering his ears from the noise of the concert. You brought him with often to BTS concerts, because he enjoyed being able to watch his dad, his uncles, and look at all the bright lights. Although normally, he wasn’t this nuts. Jimin’s wife must’ve given Taekwon a Popsicle or something earlier that day, because your kid was bouncing off the walls.
Whenever they preformed Spring Day, it would get everyone onstage emotional. Taekwon knew his dad’s voice - and would always ask you to pick him up and point out Taehyung singing his part in Spring Day. This time was no different, because your baby tugged on your pant leg and threw his arms up.
“Where daddy?” Taekwon asks in his baby voice, his hands gesturing out and his shoulders shrugging. You smile and point at the figure across the stage. Taekwon looks, struggles in your arms before you put him down and turn to grab a water bottle from the cooler on the floor.
As you’re digging in the ice for a cold bottle, you hear a huge chorus of “aww”’s coming from the stage, and the boys laughing. Securing yourself a water bottle and turning around, you glance up and notice that your son is not where you left him - and has run out onto the stage into his dad’s arms. You watched with a hand covering your mouth as Taehyung crouches to catch his son and hoists him up on his hip.
“Your singing is nice!” You hear your son say loudly into Taehyung’s microphone, and laughter rumbles throughout the arena.
“Thanks, buddy. Can you sing a song for us?” Taehyung asks, expecting his son to blurt out the words to Spring Day, but Taekwon begins to sing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star instead, which makes the entire arena resound with sounds of adoration.
Twins. You and Suga never expected them in the first place, and it’s been a wild four years with them. Their birthday was soon, and you still remember the day they were born - Min Yoon-Shik first then Min Gi-Dae second.
The twins became more like their dad everyday, and you’d find the sisters singing along to all of BTS’ songs, and would try their hardest to rap alongside their dad in each song. They’d even try to learn the choreography - and while Suga wasn’t all that bad, the girls seemed to have gotten your side of the family: because there wasn’t a dancing bone in your body.
It was BTS’ last concert before they ended their latest tour, and you had decided to take the girls to this one to watch their dad preform. To say the least, the twins were extremely excited and kept their eyes focused on Suga the entire time. They even began copying his lyrics as he rapped them.
At the end of the concert, the boys sang Spring Day and had rose petals raining down on them, and the twins thought it was hilarious. Yoongi looked over to the side of the stage and an instant smile grew on his face at the sight of his baby girls, and he ushered the twins to come out on stage. Yoon-Shik and Gi-Dae looked at each other, then back at you for permission, then ran off onto the bright stage towards their dad.
“Can you teach us the dances for the songs?” Gi-Dae asked as Yoongi hoisted both her and her sister up in each arm. The entire arena sighed in awe, the other boys laughing at how cute Yoongi’s twins were.
“Ask Uncle Hobi for that,” Suga laughed jokingly, then kissed his daughters cheeks before setting them down. “Run along, I’ll see you in a few minutes loves.” He said aloud, before gently giving them little pats on their backs before turning around and thanking ARMY.
Jihyun was just like his father.
It wasn’t even funny - you swear you had no part in making your son because Jihyun was a spitting image of Jimin. It’s as if someone put Jimin in the copier and spit out Jihyun - all the same features and personality, just a different name, and much younger.
Jimin would often times take Jihyun to the studio because the five-year old loved watching the dance practices. Towards the end, Jimin would grab his son and teach him the moves - and his son would execute them almost perfectly. He was gifted, just like Jimin, and everyone saw it.
“Jihyun, stay here.” You said to your son, who was standing in the middle of the exit to the stage, watching his dad and uncles jump around as they began I Need U. Jihyun didn’t acknowledge your words, but tried his hardest to keep up with the minimal choreography he knew. It was adorable watching him spin around and trip over his feet - but he was better than any other five year old dancer you’ve seen (okay, maybe you were a little biased).
You didn’t realize it until you looked over on the TV screen to see your son just off to the left of the stage, visible to ARMY but behind the boys. Jihyun didn’t notice that he had veered too far onto the stage, and was too busy twirling around and singing along to I Need U to hear the ARMYs cooing.
You watched Jimin spin around when the song was done and lock his eyes on his son, immediately bursting into laughter and walking briskly over to Jihyun.
“Jihyun, you’re giving everyone a show!” Jimin laughed, scooping up his son and bringing him to the front. The five year old looked miraculously at his father but began to enjoy being on stage with his uncles, who all came over and ruffled his hair.
“I’m gonna be like you one day,” Jihyun said with a bright smile while looking up at his dad. Jimin threw his head back in laughter and appreciation while the ARMYs in the crowd continued to awe.
“I’m sure you will be, bud.”
Just like that - Hokyong was out of your sight and ran right into her dad’s arms. The two year old was the most excitable, energetic kid you had ever come to know, but you’d never trade that for the world.
When Hokyong saw her dad, she would never hesitate to run over and hug him. It was just Hokyong’s thing - she’d laugh and toddle towards Hoseok with a big, toothy grin on her face. Your husband would just laugh right with her and cuddle his daughter in his arms.
“Look who has joined us today!” J-Hope said brightly into the microphone, glancing at his baby girl as she peered around with her hand stuck in her mouth. “Can you wave, Hokyong?” Her dad said, gently prying the hand out of the baby girl’s mouth.
Hokyong looked out into the crowd then shyly buried her face into her daddy’s shoulder, earning a huge, booming sound of adoration from the fans. The boys just laughed, Jimin coming over and patting your daughter’s back before looking back at you and shooting a thumbs up. You stood at the curtain watching, getting emotional at how perfect your little family was.
“Alright, baby. We have to finish the show, say bye-bye!” J-Hope said, putting the toddler down and grabbing her hand. Hokyong waved to the crowd before J-Hope walked her back to the side of the stage, kissing your lips before handing the baby back to you.
“My perfect girls,” he said, winking, before hoping back to his spot on stage and beginning BS&T.
Your’s and Jungkook’s daughter had just turned a year old. She’d just began walking as well, and you decided to bring her to the last concert of the tour to celebrate her birthday with all the boys afterwards.
Jungmee was extremely intelligent, but very quiet and reserved. The baby girl had been a daddy’s girl from the beginning - always reaching for Jungkook when she was upset or wanted to be held. It was no surprise that Jungkook was the best dad in the world: he admitted he was nervous at first but seeing him with your baby girl was heart melting.
You sat with your daughter in your lap`as she stared out onto the stage, and from time to time, Jungkook would glance over and wave at you and Jungmee - winking and making silly faces. Finally, towards the end of the concert, you could tell your baby was getting tired. She was crabby, crying and struggling to get out of your arms, but whining when you but her down.
When you put her down on the floor for what must’ve been the 100th time, you hoped she would somehow fall asleep despite the music echoing around the arena. Jungmee was sobbing now, screaming incoherent words as she had a tantrum right then and there. You sighed and over the course of 15 minutes, you picked her up and rocked her, tried to console her with a bottle and then resorted to just swaying back and forth with her in your arms as she screamed.
Jungkook must’ve noticed, and had watched you struggle to keep Jungmee calm. With a smile playing on his lips, he jogs over and stands in front of you, placing his hands under the arms of your daughter before taking Jungmee into his arms. She stops screaming, of course, but still hiccups as leftover tears roll down her cheeks.
“W-what are you doing?” You stammered.
“I want everyone to sing her happy birthday. It was going to be at the end of the concert, but it looks as if you could use a break..” He said, giving you a little smile as he walked back off onto the stage, looking adorable as he held Jungmee in one arm.
“It’s Jeon Jungmee’s birthday…I think we should sing happy birthday, don’t you think?” Jungkook says, bouncing the now happy, tearless baby girl. The entire arena erupted, singing happy birthday to your little girl. By the time Jungkook came over and handed her back to you with a kiss on the cheek, Jungmee smiled as she drifted off as you held her against your shoulder.
Namsang was the sweetest baby girl on the earth - except when she threw The Tantrum. Your baby girl wasn’t spoiled - not by you at least, since Namjoon always decided to bring the three year old little presents and toys home - but when Namsang pulled The Tantrum, all hell broke loose.
So the little girl decided to pull The Tantrum at the worst time possible - just as Namjoon kissed both of you and ran out on stage with the boys. Namsang reached out after him as he hopped away, her lip curling into a pout as she began to cry. As the boys were jumping around and dancing to their opening song on stage, you turned your back and tried to bounce your daughter into calming down.
Namsang began to kick and try to pull away, and after 10 minutes of fighting her, you set her down. You sat down in the chair beside the stage and rubbed your hand over your face, already all of your energy spent. This is what was bad about bringing a three year old to a three hour long concert - you never knew what would set off another screaming-fest.
When you opened your eyes again, you didn’t even realize your daughter was gone from your sight. You were just relieved that the screaming stopped - and then noticed that something was missing. Frantically, you searched around, behind curtains, under tables and in the surrounding rooms, until you heard Namjoon talking on stage.
“Namsang! Come here,” Namjoon said, and you turned your attention to the CCTV streaming the concert. The camera was pointed at Namjoon with his arms wide open, crouching down to catch his daughter in his arms. Namsang ran into her dad’s arms, earning louds screams from the fans.
“Aw, baby girl, what are you upset about?” Namjoon asks, wiping the tears from your daughter’s face with a small chuckle, picking her up and holding her close.
“I didn’t w-want you to leave, daddy.” Namsang said, sniffling. The other boys covered their mouths to hide their laughter while Namjoon just turned his head and said, “Aw, I’m sorry. But you’re here now, right? You don’t have to worry, baby.”
There wasn’t a time in your house that nobody was singing. Someone always had a song stuck in their head, and your four year old, Jinhee, was no exception.
Seokjin was constantly teaching her the lyrics to various BTS songs, and she always begged to attend every concert her dad performed at. She loved singing along to I Need U, and Spring Day. Jinhee tried to dance to Not Today, but when she’d trip over her feet, Seokjin would tell her to keep trying her hardest.
Another thing Jinhee did was get emotional. At four years old, you would think she didn’t understand anything her dad and uncles were singing about, but oh man, she did. The little girl would ask what was wrong and why the people they were singing about were leaving in Spring Day.
You had left Jinhee standing at the entrance to the stage while you left to grab a snack from the waiting room. She was usually very obedient, and would listen to you when you told her to stay there. Although, when you walked back Jinhee was not where you had left her. You dropped the fruit snack you had snagged for her and immediately looked out on stage - and saw her running behind all the boys and heading straight for her dad.
“Daddy!” She hiccuped, and there were tears that ran down her cheeks. Seokjin turned around, eyes going wide at the sight of his daughter rushing towards him. He crouched down and held Jinhee in his arms, and you saw him wiping away her tears as he began to talk to her.
“Hey, what are you doing out here? Are you okay?” He asked, concern laced in his voice.
“I-I, the song is sad,” Jinhee cried, burying her face in her dad’s shoulder. Jin closed his eyes and laughed, picking her up and facing the crowd. The entire stadium was a mixture of laughing and cooing, and Jin waved before heading back to the side of the stage to put Jinhee down by you.
“Don’t cry, okay? I love you, stay with mommy.” Seokjin said, kissing his daughter’s forehead before looking at you with a small smile.
you walk in to see him cheating on you, crying your eyes out he finally notices and jumps up "Y.N! it isn't what it looks like!" you cry more as the blonde skanky skanky bitch smirks at you "it's exactly what it looks it looks like" you run out of the house and jump into your car, hightailing it out of there, you never got to tell him you're pregnant with twins, his twins, and now you'll never get to tell him, you won't allow him to be in their lives, a couple days later he shows up at your house and before you can slam the door he walks into the house "get out" you angrily cry "Y.N! listen to me it wasn't me, i was being possessed by a demon and had no control over anything i love you" smiling "aww" you squeal you jump into his arms kissing him "i have to tell you something" you look him into the eyes as he speaks "i only have two days to live" you sob falling onto the floor-
Top 10 moments when ACOMAF shattered my heart in the best way possible
Okay, now that I’ve spent my whole week just living and breathing about ACOMAF… re-reading ACOMAF… and just thinking about it obsessively and telling ALL my friends about it… I feel like now it is a good time to post this. I’m going to post my top 10 moments in ACOMAF where MY HEART BROKE. And I hope you guys can agree–because this fandom is one soul, and we ride and die together.
10. When Feyre comforts Rhysand after waking him up from his nightmare.
Like first of all, OW. It just breaks my heart over and over to think about what Amarantha did to Rhys, and what scars it left behind.
But… what broke my heart more was this:
“But–but how many nights had I wanted someone to do the same for me?”
AND I’M JUST LIKE FEYRE SUFFERED ALONE IN THE SPRING COURT
Because some stupid High Lord of the Spring Court just pretended to be asleep whenever she vomited her guts out, and pretended everything was all fine and dandy. You claim to love her, and yet, you let this happen. tamlin u shit bag
9. Lucien and Feyre reunion after Feyre goes to the Night Court.
“You gave up on me.”
Look, guys, I know Lucien is not a bad person. Deep down, he is a good, troubled person who has a lot of his own scars, and I know that he does consider Feyre to be his friend and he does care about her. But he also chooses to yield to Tamlin at the end of everything. He does fight for her, but he doesn’t fight enough against Tamlin. Now, this could be because Tamlin does instill a lot of fear in Lucien–which, if it’s true, it is not a healthy friendship, even if Tam is Lucien’s High Lord. But it makes me wonder, you know. Where is our fiery Lucien, who once spat at Tamlin’s feet? I really do hope that Elain will help him change for the better. Or that he comes to this realization from himself. Man, I love Lucien, but he’s going to have to do a lot more to redeem himself.
Because, see, even Rhys thinks that Lucien would’ve stepped in.
And this breaks Feyre’s heart, that her friend wouldn’t do this for her. And she would’ve fought for Lucien until the end, no doubt about.
“I thought so, too” HA HA HA LET ME LIE IN MY OWN PUDDLE OF TEARS
8. The scars that remain with Rhys because of Amarantha.
The next scene that broke my heart happens during the sexytimes between Feyre and Rhys.
Okay, just re-reading this scene is making me really emotional. So I don’t know if I’m going to be coherent enough to say this. But like, guys. I think this scene is important–and heartbreaking at the same time–because it’s a moment where Rhysand’s scars are acknowledged. Again, it is so rare in YA fiction to see a male character who has been sexually abused, and Sarah explores the scars that remain within Rhysand. And it’s also important because he’s also able to overcome these scars, and find happiness even after the darkest of times.
7. How Rhysand is treated in Velaris vs. Under the Mountain
Okay, so I like how 8 and 7 relate to each other.
What struck me about this scene was: “no one whispered about him or spat on him or stroked him as they had Under the Mountain”
What really breaks my heart here is that it’s not just Amarantha that violated Rhys. Others did it too, because Amarantha did it, because Rhys was Amarantha’s whore, and therefore, her property.
And this makes me really sick to my stomach. And it breaks my heart. fuck
6. Feyre realizing how sad she is at the Spring Court before her wedding.
THIS PHYSICALLY HURTS
my poor baby Feyre
I spent a good portion of time during the beginning of the novel wanting to wrap her in a warm blanket, hug her, and tell her it’s okay.
And Tamlin, CAPTAIN OBLIVIOUS, is able to laugh freely. I’m gonna fight him
Even Rhys in Chapter 11 goes: “Months and months, and you’re still a ghost. Does no one there ask what the hell is happening? Does your High Lord simply not care?” (Shall we count this as like an honourable mention moment for when my heart broke into a million pieces… again)
ha ha ha ha let me DIE my heart can’t take this
5. Rhysand asks Feyre about her birthday.
This isn’t a sad scene, but it still moved me and broke my heart because you can obviously tell how much Rhys loves Feyre.
FEYRE’S BIRTHDAY IS THE WINTER SOLSTICE
THE LONGEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR
“YOU WERE TRULY BORN ON THE WINTER SOLSTICE?”
YES RHYS MY SMOL SON YOUR MATE WAS BORN ON THE LONGEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR YES YOU TRULY BELONG TOGETHER
But also, like. Rhys seems genuinely sad that Feyre did not celebrate her birthday. Do I foresee belated birthday gift/party in ACOTAR 3? Because yes I will sell my soul for this
4. Feyre walking away from Rhysand after learning about the mating bond
Okay, no, I totally understand why Feyre is angry enough that she wants some time alone away from Rhysand once she learns from the Suriel that they’re mates. I’ve seen people hating on her for it… but c’mon. Really? You don’t think you’d be angry? Angry enough to walk away? I mean I’d want my own space to think too
But yeah it still broke my heart because Rhysand just calls after her… injured and weakened… ahaha…..ha…. why…
Now we’re rolling into the final 3… and honestly, these broke my heart the most and made me cry. I still want to weep when I think about them.
3. Rhysand noticing Feyre’s weight loss
He cares so much about her. *UGLY WAILING* *falls to the floor*
And he makes sure she eats properly. And wants to have breakfast with her.
RHYSAND YOU PRECIOUS SOUL
cue ugly sobbing, with the snot and everything
rhysand calling tam out on his shitty behaviour
2. Cassian and Feyre training
This is still one of my favourite scenes, and I … just. The whole scene leading up to it is an emotional roller coaster–Cassian saying that he’s there for Feyre if she wants to talk about leaving the Spring Court, the whole “I’m fine” thing, and how Feyre just realizes she did everything for Tamlin… and he just…. left her to suffer alone.
He’s ready to take the blow.
CASSIAN WOULD TAKE THE BLOW.
BECAUSE HE CARES ABOUT FEYRE AND WANTS TO HELP HER COPE.
BECAUSE HE UNDERSTANDS.
Rhys is precious, Cassian is precious….. the whole Night Court squad is precious. I just love them so muchhhhhhh.
And now. . . okay.
The final scene had me in full blown tears.
1. Amren x Feyre
SHE ASKS RHYS THIS LIKE 3 TIMES
SHE DEMANDS TO KNOW WHERE FEYRE IS
AND AND AND AMREN ISN’T ALWAYS VOCAL ABOUT HER FEELINGS AND SHE’S SCARY AND SHE’S VICIOUS
BUT SHE LOVES FEYRE
IT’S THE MOMENT YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH AMREN–AND THE REST OF THE COURT–ALSO LOVE FEYRE, A FELLOW DREAMER
D E A D
LOWER ME TO THE GROUND
This post also made me very emotional again. Thanks for reading. And if you know want to discuss ACOMAF with me, and the scenes that broke your heart (because there are like 10 million more)… feel free to shoot me a message.
Thought I should do a few of these since I keep staying up at night thinking about them. (ㅇㅅㅇ❀)
-Lance is sick. He doesn’t want to admit he’s coming down with anything. Lance and Keith get into another argument. Lance, in his sick state of mind, pushes a little too far. Keith challenges him to a match and before anyone can intervene, Lance is harshly thrown to the floor for the training deck. Keith is in the middle of claiming his victory when he notices Lance is /still/ on the floor. Queue panic.
-Lance gets corned by the galra. When he tries to signal for help, the galra shoot at the side of his helmet, effectively damaging Lance’s coms and inflicting injury. Through the pain, Lance still tries to get a signal through and hears his team, “Lanc- where are y- St-p fooli- around!” “W- need your he-p!” “He pro-ably -id some-ing stu-id agai-” Lance lays on the ground, watching as the galra descend upon him, and listening to the breaks in static as his team fights on. Without him.
-(modern college au) Its finals week. Lance has been pushing himself nonstop. He finally breaks down after returning home from a full day of exams. Keith and Hunk are Lance’s roommates and they now have to take care of a delirious Lance who thinks he failed and just wants his momma’s hugs.
-Lance gets a concussion on a mission. Thinking its his own fault for getting distracted, he doesn’t tell the team. Lance reasons with himself, /“its fine, its just a small headache anyway.”/ For the most part, everything goes fine. Lance wasn’t the only one to get hurt so he brushes off the pain in his head. /“Just a little longer. If I cant handle this then I shouldn’t be in this war.”/ Its not until the team is leaving that Lance’s condition escalates dramatically, resulting in shouts of concern from the team as Lance fights to stay awake inside Blue’s cockpit. The last thing he hears before passing out, “stay with me, buddy. Lance? Lance!”
-We all know Lance is homesick. But what happens when Pidge figures out how to make an accurate calendar of earth? Lance realizes just how much he’s missed. And even then, its only the tip of the iceberg. Lance’s little sister? Her birthday passed a week ago. His parents? Their anniversary was about a month ago. He missed his little brother’s first day of school. The team doesn’t notice Lance leaving the room. They dont see the tears falling from his wide eyes. They dont hear his door shut or his muffled sobs as he slides to the floor. Because Lance didn’t know it would hurt this bad. To realize you’ve been in space for almost a year. To realize that, next week, your family would be facing the first year anniversary of your disappearance.
-The team really needs a break. Although Allura would love to protest, even she has to know her limits. They stop on a planet that is known to be peaceful. There, they find the equivalent of a beach resort. Lance is ecstatic! He gets to see an ocean again, one that so closely resembles the one at home! Needless to say, he drags everyone into a beach party, one that everyone loves! As everyone is about ready to head back inside, Lance is still floating in the water. He watches as the team packs up their things and starts to swim his way back to shore. And then he notices. He’s not getting any closer to the shore. Lance begins to panic, calling out to the others. They dont hear him. He’s dragged farther and farther out, screaming for help, and disappears under the surface. /“why didnt they help me?”/ The team doesn’t notice until its too late. Or is it?
in Prague with a friend this week and I put this on schedule so lets hope it
Requested to use the line “because I love you, that’s why.” Be aware this has a
trigger warning, so think twice before reading. Also, I would love to hear
feedback on this because I am honestly so fucking nervous.
Hearing someone you love cry, is probably the worst
feeling ever. The worst kind of pain I’ve ever experienced. I felt her pain.
Deep in my chest. In every fibre of my body. With every dense heart beat. I
felt it. Hearing her desperate sore cries from the other side of the door, it
killed me inside. Left me numb and frozen.
I figured that I wanted to contribute to the fandom in some way and I read a lot of fics, so why not make a rec list? I included the summary for each fic, plus some commentary from me in italics. I hope the authors don’t mind that I linked them, at least the ones I know of. Thank you so much for contributing to this wonderful ship, it wouldn’t be as great as it is now without you. Feel free to talk to me about sheith anytime, I’d love to make more friends.
Shiro’s fingers slide up to touch his skin, warm points of
contact that make Keith shiver. “It’s just a year,“ Shiro reassures him
quietly, "I’ll be back before you know it. It’ll be like the time you were
studying to come here.”
His lips twitch up, trying to be supportive but it’s hard. Keith
knows its the right thing to do, to be happy for Shiro. But it’s hard when he’s
imagining a space without Shiro in it. Loneliness is already creeping up his
torso, curling around his heart and lungs and choking the happy pride he feels
He already misses Shiro so terribly.
tldr: Keith and Shiro were together pre-canon but then Shiro
went on his mission and came back with no memories of his time with Keith. How
does one even begin to deal with the love of your life forgetting you?
That Shiro forgetting Keith and their relationship AU we all
need. The feelings in this were A+.
Feel free to listen to it while reading to amp up you emotion level.
(A/N); Look who manage to put out a story again!!! For the first time, I’ve written a song inspired one-shot, so forgive me if it’s not so good. I’m not super proud of some parts in here, you’ll understand why. I did have to change up a little part of the song to fit the story better, you’ll see it when you reach it. Hope you enjoy! (Also, hmu if ya wanna be tagged in my future posts)
Warnings; a single swear word (I think), and a huge amount of angst

‘Don’t do this—’
‘I’m doing this for you.’
You shook you head, tears rolling down your eyes.
‘No, Peter. You’re doing this for you.’
Peter had to break up with you. By having you involve in his
Spider-Man life—it’s too dangerous. Too dangerous for yourself and everyone
around you. He didn’t want to risk hurting you in any possible way.
Summary:You’re head over heels for your best friend Bucky and hate the nickname he gave you as it doesn’t exactly scream romance.
Word count: 2510
Warnings:Same as always
A/N: Thank you for all of the feedback again I’m completely blown away. Sorry that tags have been finicky, not sure what tumblr’s deal is lately. I hope you like this chapter, thanks for sticking around!
crisp, cold air outside the club was a welcoming relief but did little to halt
the burning tears cascading down your cheeks or the hot waves of mortification
and shame radiating out from deep within your very being. The cold air bit at your nose and throat as
you allowed yourself to suck in great gulps in attempts to keep the impending
panic attack at bay.
This can’t be happening, this wasn’t supposed
to happen. Ethan stood at the curb, attempting to hail a
cab while you toiled over your interaction with Bucky. This wasn’t like how it was in the movies. Wasn’t Bucky supposed to be completely
awestruck with your transformation?
Shouldn’t he have been at a loss for words? Instead he was completely
taken aback for all the wrong reasons.
He’d looked at you with utter confusion, probably wondering what the
hell you were doing in a dress,
wearing makeup, sporting heels, like he couldn’t believe what he was seeing…and
he didn’t like it at all.
You knew your ship was doomed. You were the only one left alive, though as far as you could tell, there was only one of those /things/ left, too. You wanted to set a course to crash into the planet then use one of the escape pods to get to safety.
But that was before one of those leaping fuckers found you.
Your ship had been on expedition to explore some hitherto undiscovered locations. There were rumors that there was xenomoph activity in this area, which had you and the other scientists all excited. You’d heard about them, but you’d never had the chance to observe them. The plan was if you found them to watch from afar and remain as hands off as possible.
You never counted on how diligent they could be, or how gah damned smart they were. For alien creatures who’s only drive seemed to be to breed and kill, they exhibited almost human levels of intelligence. They ambushed your crew, sticking them to the walls to allow facehuggers to inject eggs into them to make more. You’d never seen it happen in person. You’d seen them dissected, seen pictures of their probing ovipositors, but watching it happen in person had been the most horrifically fascinating moment of your life.
The soldiers that had accompanied the expedition had done an excellent job of isolating and eliminating most of the aliens, burning the eggs you had recovered from a stranded ship and blowing said ship into stardust.
But one had escaped.
If they were smart, this one was a savant. It had not only figured out how to work doors, but also to let its victims scream to lure more along. You observed it (no..him) several times, noticing that the elongated cranium that was usually smooth and round had begun to flatten out, black carapace forming a hard hood more often observed in queens. But you understood what was happening: he was adapting to his environment, taking on a needed role. You’d only heard of alpha xenomorphs as a theory, a sort of last ditch effort that some of their amalgamated biologies allowed. Some theorized is was the human members of their species, allowing for remarkable adaptability both environmentally and biologically.
The soldiers had set another trap, and the alpha had just set it off as a lure to kill several of them. A few of the remaining soldiers had tried to attack him then, only to end up cut off and killed on by one.
You had a close encounter with him, and you thought it would have been the end of you. If only that had been so…He cornered you and your team, slaughtering two of them. When he raised a clawed hand at you, he hesitated. A low growl came from him, and his lizard like lips relaxed over his dripping teeth. He growled and sniffled, butting his muzzle against you. You thought for sure you were dead…instead he pressed his head against you, rubbing at you almost like a cat would.
He ran off when the few remaining soldiers tried to attack him. Your heart was pounding and you could barely breathe. They asked if you were alright, and you suddenly realized you were the only one of that group left.
Things seemed to go downhill from there. You always had the sense that he was following you, hearing his claws on the gratings around you, seeing his long tail whip around corners. The last of the soldiers and crew began to dwindle, getting picked off in the mad attempts to get back to the ship’s bridge. By the time there was a clear path, you were the only one left.
That was when it found you. It looked like a chestburster, only larger with longer legs and tail. You ran, keeping an arm up level with your head and neck. But this one wasn’t concerned with your mouth. It flung itself at you and landed on your lower back, its tail clamping around your waist. Its legs gripped your buttocks and thighs, and you felt two sharp points ripping at your jumpsuit. You felt the tapered end of the ovipositor probing you, searching. You tried to pull it off, but its grip was iron. You slammed backward into walls, but its back was covered in a hard shell like the aliens themselves. It shifted itself between your thighs, the same shell forcing your legs apart.
It found your warm hole and thrust in. You screamed and frantically grabbed for it, but it was pressed up against you so tightly, you couldn’t even wiggle a finger between it and you. You screamed again, feeling it thrust upward into you. It reached impossibly deep, and you felt your stomach pushing outward with its movements.
Then you felt it. A lump against your hole. You threw yourself on the ground and tried to make it stop, but you were powerless to stall the inevitable. You felt the large sacs on the thing convulsing and sending ripples down its ovipositor. Your belly felt hot suddenly, and you gasped, clutching at it. Your hole was wet with some sort of alien goo it filled you with. Every lump was more goo, and the feeling of heat spread through you.
Another bump pressed to your hole, this one large and solid. You screamed no over and over, trying to thrash free of this thing attached to you in a death grip. Your hole stretched wider and wider to the point where you swore you would rip in two. Convulsing on the ground, you sobbed in mixed pleasure and pain, gasping when the hard thing passed into your body. You felt every inch it moves, and look down to see it pushing your belly outward.
Everything from there was fuzzy. The thing pumped more goo into you until your belly looked like you’d had a meal that was far too large. You crawled down the corridor, tears streaming down your face as you realized there was no salvation for you, not now. You only had one option left: crash the ship to destroy everything on board. You felt your stomach surge and convulse, churning and growing steadily heavier. By the time you reached the bridge, you looked like you were pregnant, your belly almost brushing the floor.
It took the last of your strength to pull yourself up to the navigation computer. Even as you key in the commands, overriding the ship’s safety protocols for a steep descent, you feel something happening inside you. You sob, knowing this must be the moment they punch through you and rip free…
But they don’t.
You see them moving inside you, writhing and slithering like snakes. Your belly is so full and heavy it’s all you can do to stay upright. You fumble your ID code, blinking back tears as you put it in for the fourth time. The computer finally accepts your trajectory, and you let yourself fall on the floor.
As you scream and hold your belly, you’re aware of not being alone. You know the sound of hard claws on the metal of the ship, scrabbling as the creature moves closer. He shrieks, though you don’t know why. You don’t really care either. You would have loved to study him, learn why he grew so large and why his head grew as it did. He looked like a king somehow.
All thoughts of that leave you as your stomach convulses. The movement in you shifts, and you scream as you feel the writhing mass move lower. You lay on your back, legs spread. Screaming and panting, you press your back to the floor and push with all your might. You feel your hole bulge and stretch, something smooth and wiggling pressing against it. You push and scream, feeling a long thing slither out of you. Before you can even see what it is, the pressure builds again. You push, screaming as two more press out of you side by side.
It feels like eternity as you lay there, panting and pushing, countless things slithering out of your hole. You finally see them as a couple of them climb across you. They’re neonate xenomorphs, their soft skin still fleshy and covered in the greenish goo the strange facehugger forced into you. Most of them scatter when the alpha pads toward you. He growls and lays over you, his smooth body cool against your flushed skin.
All around you, sirens are going off, the ship’s warning systems kicking on. It’s placidly screaming the descent is wrong, it’s too fast, too steep. You hope the ship burns up in atmosphere. The last thing you remember is heat, the ship’s life support falling to critical levels as the white hot burn of planetary entry seared the plating off the hull.
You never expected to wake up. Blinking blearily, you looked around, wondering where you were. Pieces of the wrecked ship surrounded you, and you could see huge trees between them.
Somehow, you survived the crash.
You can’t move, looking up to see your arms have been carefully secured in glossy black resin. The same kind the xenos restrain their chest burster victims in. You try to move, but you’re dangling about 10 feet off the ground and are powerless to so much as twist. You look down at yourself and see your belly is still slightly distended. You don’t feel the writhing weight inside you anymore, but it still feels..wrong.
Below, you see several small xenos run back and forth, one of them looking up at you and screeching. The trees shudder, and the alpha appears. He’s grown even larger, almost 9 feet tall now. He easily climbs up to you, the long fingers of one hand forcing your mouth open. His lips curl back and his huge teeth part, and you see his secondary mouth shoot forward. You scream and writhe as he forces it into your mouth and angles to shove it down your throat. He growls and his torso jerks, and you feel something sliding down your throat. He’s..feeding you?
This becomes a regular routine, him returning from the forest and pushing his secondary mouth into yours to share his hunts with you. You beg him to stop, to let you go or let you die, but he just growls and rubs his smooth head against you.
You’ve lost track of time. Your body is changing, you can feel it. Slowly, day by day, your belly is growing again, though much more than before. The alpha begins to nose and prod along your body, often trying your hole with the smooth swell of his nose. You realize your hole has become softer and larger, and each day it feels like he can slide his muzzle further against you.
You start to notice him changing, too. The carapace between his hind legs seems to have softened, swelling outward slowly, growing. You realize somehow, he’s grown a penis. As far as you know, that’s completely unheardof. Yet there it is, dangling between his legs.
He climbed up to where you were hanging, taking you in his hands. He growled and settled his head over your shoulder as his body bowed. His hips work their way between your legs, and you feel the head of his newly grown cock spread your hole. You can’t resist, you can barely cry out when he thrusts into you. There’s no pleasure to it, not tenderness or love. He thrusts roughly, pushing deep into you. You feel your body react, everything in you suddenly alive with sensation. You cry out and thrash, then scream in pleasure as he cums inside you. Your already distended belly grows larger as he pumps you full.
Time passes. Your belly grows until it’s hanging between your legs. The alpha and the smaller xenos you birthed on the ship connect your growing belly to the broken ship with more resin, taking the burden of weight bearing off of you. You’re grateful to them. The alpha fucks you almost daily, further distending your belly.
Little by little, black patches appear on your skin. Hardened plates cover your arms and legs, then your chest above the swell of your belly. From your ribs downward, you are nothing but belly, your legs dangling comically on either side. Your hole continues to stretch, and though you can’t see it, you’re fairly certain it’s moved.
The skin over your belly becomes thinner. Inside, you can barely see the movement of large objects, shuffling around within you. Your spine has grown its own cage-like carapace which wraps around your ribs and hips. It’s only then you realize the flesh of your back and ass have changed, stretching backward. Your hole has begun to shift downward, dangling just off the ground from your massive belly.
No…not belly…Egg sac.
The hard cage along your spine helps support the ever growing sac. The alpha and smaller xenos dutifully tend to you as you begin to understand your new place. They didn’t have time for a queen to be born and grow..they had to make do. Your belly ripples, the translucent skin shifting and pushing, moving the hundreds..no, thousands of eggs through you. The small xenos have brought back living creatures and restrained them to the walls of the ship and the surrounding trees. Day by day, the skyline gives way to a lattice work of resin construction. They build a sanctuary for you.
The alpha rarely leaves you now, staying always at your side, climbing around you and tending to your every need. He caresses your egg sac, soothing the discomfort of the eggs moving inside you, easing your burden.
You feel your egg sac convulse and cry out. Your voice sounds like their’s now, a shrieking growl that echos in your chambers. The alpha is beside you at once, rubbing his crested head against you. The convulsing contractions travel all the way down your belly, and you feel your hole begin to bulge. Slice and goo pour from you, sending the small xenos scurrying to your hole. You feel the birthing tube of your hole stretch and elongate until it almost touches the ground. The bulge of an egg moves through it, and you groan at the tight pucker you feel before you stretch around it, easing it to the floor.
Another egg soon follows, then another. You find yourself in a haze, trapped in a feeling of pleasurable pain as egg after egg travels through your birth canal to be deposited on the ground.
The smaller xenos collect the eggs and move them, setting them in front of their captives. The creatures writhe and scream, exactly the wrong thing to do. The eggs blossom open, and facehuggers wriggle their way free. They leap and plant themselves over the screaming mouths, muffling them as their ovipositors force deep into their throats.
Some time later, you coo as you watch your children burst from their incubators and wriggle onto the ground. Your children, your second brood. They skitter around you, finding places to shelter their small, soft bodies until they grow. The alpha purrs at you and rubs himself along your belly. You want him to seed you again, and he obliges, thrusting into your hole even as you try to push out more eggs.
Your new life as their queen will be full of pleasure and offspring. You will make a new home of this world, together with him and your children. Your species will thrive. Even as hard plates cover your face, and the soft skin of your cheeks falls away to expose your huge, gleaming teeth, you feel every inch a queen. Your crest soon grows from what was once a rounded skull, just like his did.
Every day you lay more eggs, and every day your children burst free. This world is yours, your realm, your home, your kingdom.
Muppet was taken three months ago, and no one said anything.
See, Muppet had a habit of physically disappearing sometimes- she was a traveling type, and got antsy if she sat still for too long. No one questioned it is she went away for a couple weeks. No one would’ve really realized if she was taken like most students are. But that’s not what I’m talking about. Muppet didn’t physically get taken. She’s just… Gone.
Muppet loved the Fair Folk- almost unnaturally. Don’t get me wrong, she respected and feared them, but she would spend hours after dark hanging around the edge of the forest, no iron, no salt, just offerings of sugar and cream and cheese. When everyone warned her about being taken, she shrugged and continued her strange habits. But she wasn’t stupid. She had her cautions- salt on the doors, iron under the pillow, the lot.
Muppet was my roommate. She slept rarely, if ever, and she loved to sing. Her voice would drift through the campus at midnight, and whenever she sang, I could hear scratching at the windows. I remember I once woke up to get water while she was singing. She was sitting cross legged on her bed, staring blankly out the window. There were dozens of eyes staring back at her. I could see the shadows sitting attentively, watching her sway gentle to the music. None of them tried to enter- she’d refreshed her salt line on the window earlier that evening. But they watched her, pawing quietly at the window, occasionally opening their mouths (? I could never really tell) and whispering along in quiet, disturbing voices. I hurried back to bed and clutched my iron links to my chest.
She was well liked by the Fair Folk- musicians are always well liked, and she sang in strange, foreign languages, lauding them for their beauty and power.
I’m still amazed of how willingly she danced with danger, how willingly she leaned out her window on half moons and let her voice carry over the campus on the wind. I admired her, and feared her- those kind of people don’t last long at Elsewhere University. I can’t even begin to imagine how much courage- or ignorance- something like that takes. Her songs would drift over while I was doing homework, and it’d make me smile. You could here her voice in the Mimics that hung around in the corners, humming softly to entice people to look at them.
It’s no wonder to me that she got taken.
Muppet got careless. She started getting farther away from reality. She got careless, and They noticed.
Three months ago she forgot to put salt on the windows and in front of her door. She lost her iron necklace somewhere on campus. The next morning she was gone, but her body remained. She was careless. They were watching her. They knew that she got careless.
No one noticed, at first. She started skipping class, hanging around the theater more, singing for hours on end and ending up in places where You’re Not Supposed To Go. I just thought that she was getting a bad case of senioritis.
Then she started talking to herself.
I’ve roomed with Muppet for almost four years. I’ve gotten used to her singing at night, no matter how strange the company it attracted was. I started waking up in the middle of the night, hearing her voice rising and falling in a language that I didn’t understand, and I was sure that I didn’t want to understand it. I slipped out of bed, iron tight around my neck, ramen packets stuffed into every pocket. I crept to her room. Her doorway was open. She was sitting cross legged in the middle of the floor, staring out her open window. The Fair Folk stared back. She sang, her voice getting higher and higher until it was nothing but a choking sob. The eyes were all fixed on her.
“Muppet?” My voice was nothing but a whisper in compared to her wails, but the eyes all swiveled to me. She didn’t look up, her sobbing getting louder and more panicked. I could hear another voice speaking in a low, gravelly tone.
I hesitated at the doorway, and then I stepped inside. “You okay, Muppet?”
The sobbing stopped. “I’m fine.” The voice sounded strangled and not like the Muppet I know.
She wasn’t fine. The eyes stared at me, and sharp smiles started to curl up at me. I turned and walked out of her room and into the hallway, closing the door behind me. I stood there for a second, listening as her song resumed. I turned again and walked to the RA’s room and knocked on the door. A disgruntled student opened the door. “It’s three in the morning-“
“My roommate’s been taken over by the Gentry and they’re in my room now, can I sleep here tonight?”
He let me in.
That was two months ago.
Muppet’s started dancing in the forest, luring students into the deep trees. Her voice wails high and late into the night, joining the baying of the wolves. It’s hard to resist her- earplugs have become a necessity when you’re planning to walk.
I’ve got her iron necklace- I traded five heavy cream coffees to Magpie down the hall for it. I’ve got her favorite flavor of ramen- roast chicken mixed with beef. I’ve got my knife- iron, sharp, and brittle.
I’ve got hidden around me, protecting me. I can hear her singing. I’m going down the edge of the forest tonight, under the night of the full moon. The sound of her choking on her own words, the sound of her crying out for help on a moonless night haunts me.
I’m going down into the forest tonight. I’m not coming back without Muppet.
It’s finally here! I’m so happy to finally get to share this with all of you. I won’t spoil anything right now, notes will come with the next chapter.
This fic will actually have a posting schedule. Crazy, right? I’ll update once a week on Sunday.
Summary: Juvia has started a journey that she’s always wanted. A journey to become a mother. But can she really do it by herself? What will she do when an unexpected blizzard changes everything?
“Congratulations, you’re pregnant.”
The kind elderly doctor smiled, “Your test results came back positive. You’re going to be a mom.”
Her heart pounded a little more, her lips quivered as she held back a smile, “Juvia is so happy.”
25-year-old Juvia Lockser truly had never been more pleased with her life. One thing she had always wanted since childhood was to have a baby. Although, one part of the equation wasn’t right…
“I’m glad,” her doctor handed her a few pamphlets, “I’ll schedule an appointment when you’re a little farther along. Will the father be joining you?”
“Um,” Juvia hesitated, she lowered the pamphlet on vitamins to her lap, this was the part of the equation she wasn’t happy with, “I will ask. But… he may not be as happy as Juvia.”
“I see, well don’t push him. It takes men a little longer to accept an unplanned pregnancy then women. If you do need any help, we do have a full support staff.”
“Juvia appreciates it,” the blue haired mother-to-be listened closely as her doctor discussed other things she could do to stay healthy for her little one.
About an hour later, Juvia stepped out into the late winter day, finally finished inside the medical building. The weather was warming up nicely in late March. And it wasn’t the sun shining that made her want to skip. How she couldn’t wait to hold that precious little life in her arms!
Sliding into her car, she leaned back fully against the seat, “A baby for Juvia.”
A smile would not leave her face no matter how hard she tried. She thought of tiny clothes and bows and trucks and diapers and birthdays and hugs and slobbery kisses. What a wonderful adventure she was starting.
The smile dimmed when she started her car. There was just one problem she saw… would her boyfriend be just as happy as she?
