hii! when do you use "vil" and "ha lyst"? like what's the difference in sentences?

Hey! 😄

These two words are very similar to each other in how they are used. Literally translated:

Vil = want
Ha lyst = have desire

Vil can be put in front a verb:

Jeg vil danse med deg.
I want to dance with you.

But it can’t be put in front of a noun:

Jeg vil godteri. (wrong)

Here you need to use «ha lyst». It turns into «ha lyst på» (have desire on):

Jeg har lyst på godteri.
I want candy. (I have desire on candy)

or you can put the verb «å ha» after «vil»:

Jeg vil ha godteri.
I want to have candy.

«ha lyst» can also be in front of a verb Then it turns into «ha lyst til»:

Jeg har lyst til å danse.
I want to dance.

I hope this was understandable 😊

The uninterrupted version of Gutten der ikke klarte å holde pusten under vann.

So I cut Gutten der ikke klarte å holde pusten under vann into pieces just to put it back together again…

But this time the “right” order, so all the small clips apprears uninterruptedly.

I have no idea why I did this.. I just felt like the clip would seem longer this way… And I miss Even and Isak content so bad.
