THE OA SPOILERS AHEAD

You guys I just need to vent about the cafeteria scene in the last episode of The OA. Like all of the boys were sitting at different tables with their original clique of friends and as soon as they realized the shooter, THEY KNEW WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. They all processed in that tiny bit of time that they had to perfectly perform the five movements. BUT NOT ONLY THAT. THEY HAD TO PERFECTLY FEEL IT TOO. And those damn babies did it. They perfectly fucking performed and felt all five movements and I cried out my damn eyeballs like a fucking newborn infant omfg. It was so beautifully awkward but necessary. And the OA was there to witness her angel babies at their very best and you guys, I just can’t. I’m ready to rewatch the whole series and sob again!!!

Could someone who understands the IPA help me with this?

Specifically, I don’t understand the circumflex at all and am thus having great difficulty differentiating between Portuguese grandmothers and grandfathers.
