Roasted veggie salad for lunch 👍 quinoa, kidney beans, butternut squash, green beans, onion, brussel sprouts, and dried cranberries all over a bed of spinach. I also used a little balsamic vinegar for dressing 😋
This bowl of banana ice cream was insanely good! I decided to mix it up a bit and added some coffee, which made it taste just like coffee flavoured icecream. Will be coming back to this flavour more often! Now I’m down to one batch of nicecream before I am banana-less, oh dear… 😭
We are bombarded left and right with “detox pills” and “healthy weight diet shakes” when everything we truly need to heal our bodies comes from the earth. Currently chowing down on mother natures wonders and feeling oh so good 😌🍠🌿
Breakfast from this morning 😋 banana oat waffle topped with homemade blueberry sauce and melted @maranathafoods peanut butter 👍
Waffle - In a blender or food processor add ½ cup oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 scoop @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder, and a splash of almond milk. Blend until smooth then cook in a preheated waffle iron sprayed with coconut oil.
Blueberry sauce - add a couple handfuls of fresh blueberries and a small amount of water to a pot on the stove. Bring to a boil, mash up the blueberries, and let simmer until it reaches the consistency you desire. The longer the simmer the thicker the sauce!

Such a delicious lunch after my workout today 😋😋 had a protein shake right afterwards then made this! Leftover tomato balsamic pasta salad with chopped basil, roasted brussel sprouts & broccoli (seasoned with garlic powder, cracked pepper, dried basil, and roasted together at 400 degrees for 10 minutes), and steamed green beans.
Cauliflower “fried rice” (seasoned with ginger, garlic, green onion, peas, and soy sauce) with baked asparagus and tofu (marinated in black bean sauce, sriracha, chili garlic sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.)
