just like a regular portrait commission, 25 USD. I would just ask that you let me know when filling out the form that that's what you're looking for (and that also goes for other commissioners, if you see a piece of mine you like and want me to emulate in your commission whether the style/mood/expressions/poses/composition/colours/etc.)
