A few years ago, my mother was in a car crash with a lady who’s ran a red light. She was unable to work for three years, throwing her into a deep depression and just a general feeling of loneliness since she was alone at home all day. In the crash, she injured her neck, shoulders, arm and back. She has been on a waiting list for years, just to be put on more and more waiting lists before anything gets done. Like with many Canadian hospitals, you’re just given medication and sent home, just told to take it easy for the night. I am sick and tired of seeing her suffer. She needs help, and America is the way to go. It costs a lot, but even a little helps. There is no 3 year waiting list. She needs help and even has informed me that she is scared she’s going to die. She can barely breathe, and I can’t watch my two sisters alone. I can’t be without my mom. She is the light of my life. Even a dollar helps. Thank you.
