HAKYEONS SKIN!

Hey so I know a lot is going on right now and we all want to protect Hakyeon and support him in every way! I (like all of you) am very disappointed in the actions by some of the VIXX members. The constant attacks on Hakyeon does not stop with them. He is harassed by “Fans” and other idol groups and celebrities have also made their remarks. Although they do this, he takes it in and still shows them a smile. His skin color is not something he can change and he shouldn’t have to. I honestly don’t know his mind. I don’t know if it hurts his feelings. I don’t even know if he has a problem with it, but to see it hurts me as a fan. Instead of taking my anger and attacking others. I’ve decided to put that energy into sending Hakyeon Twitter mentions with the hashtag

#학연의피부색이아름다워요 Which Translates To #HakyeonsSkinToneIsBeautiful

mochinokimchi has done this many times before :) and all credit goes to her.

If you want, maybe some of us fans can get together and write a letter to the group and hopefully someone would be nice enough to translate. I know this was something the Block B fandom did and they actually got a response. I believe that they treat it as a joke with Hakyeon so they don’t see it as wrong, but if it comes from their own fans, they will see their ignorance better. This is all I know to do.

hakyeon’s parents didnt nearly go into debt to support his idol career just so that he could join a group and get harassed every fuckin turn even when he wasnt there

He’s even talked about his parents (grandparents?) Being farmers and how hard that was growing up and it’s so classist too, farmers are losing tons of money bc of drought so they can’t sell crops. Hakyeon’s family is literally the most likely group to be impoverished, his skin tone came from working outside with them and they got the nerve to look down on that????
