So I know this probably would have been after the campaign when Rin is back in Arlong after that reunion scene but! imagine, this could happen during the campaign, when Nezha was still in shocked with his new power and asked Rin to stay in his cabin, and night came and they got comfortable and cuddly and this was what happened in the next morning

You have a knack for leading me to a good place. I ran over because it was you. During the Asian Games. I ran to the airport to interview the referee. I thought about it, and I wouldn’t have gone if it wasn’t you. But I should have gone for anyone. Because I’m a reporter. You made me do what was right for a reporter to do. You always lead me to do what’s right and to a good place. That’s my definition of our relationship. Also known as a rainbow.

THIS IS HURT/COMFORT HEAVEN!

Even lost and paralyzed by fear in her nightmare, Moon Young is screaming at Kang Tae to leave, to save himself, protecting him just like she had when they were children, even though she spent the whole episode trying to make him stay at all costs, yet her actions betray her because she can’t let him go, her body refuses to let him leave as her hands clutch onto him for dear life. However, this time he is not running away because he sees her fragility and vulnerability she never shows to anyone when she’s awake and he falls under her spell. And he gives her everything she ever wanted but dared to imagine only in her dreams: his warmth, his devotion, his love, and himself.

You can pinpoint the exact moment when he loses his inner ongoing battle against her and can’t resist her anymore and surrenders, and stops fighting his attraction to her altogether. The moment when he gives himself to her and becomes hers. His heart goes to her and he follows it willingly.

Kang Tae has been witholding himself and his love from Moon Young because  he knows that he would fall completely, with every cell of his being, because he is so inherently good,warm and caring and giving that he would give all of himself and it frightens him to be devoted to someone else after his brother because he knows how much it hurts. However, the moment he sees her suffering he is lost forever because the boy is a born guardian and protector and his fatal weakness are lost causes and she is literally the embodiment of his secret fantasies and dreams.

When he says: “Okay I won’t leave.” It actually has a double meaning to - he is telling it as much as to Moon Young as to himself. He’s done running away - from the pain, from her and from himself. 

When he makes his decision, there is this immense determination in his eyes, it’s as if he were saying to her: I’m yours now; I’m going to protect you from now on so that no one can hurt you anymore.

And then he takes her into the safety of his arms, embracing her as if he wanted to shield her and protect her from the whole world.
