just a bunch of words in an unconvincing human disguise

I do miss when I messaged more ppl on here, idk what happened I just kinda fell out of the habit!!

Anonymous asked:

That's normal tho. How else would you remove baby teeth?

I am looking at old asks and this one cracked me up without context lmaoooo

I can only think I must’ve told the story of my older siblings tying my baby tooth to the bathroom door and slamming it to yank out a stubborn baby tooth... but if I didn’t it’s much funnier

Meet NGC 2841

Location: In the constellation Ursa Major

Type: Flocculent spiral galaxy

Discovered by: William Herschel

NGC 2841 is a beautiful example of a flocculent spiral galaxy – a type with discontinuous, featherlike, and patchy arms. A bright cusp of starlight distinguishes the galaxy's center from the dust lanes that outline the group of almost white middle-aged stars. The far younger blue stars trace the spiral arms.

Find out more information about NGC 2841 here.

Right now, the Hubble Space Telescope is exploring #GalaxiesGalore! Find more galaxy content and spectacular new images by following along on Hubble’s Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Hi! I'm glad your surgery went well and that recovery has been relatively okay so far. We don't talk but we've been mutuals forever & I always love seeing you on my dash. Right now I'm hanging out with my wife & reading a book called Wandering Stars. It's a short story collection of Jewish sci-fi from the 70s, I'm really enjoying it so far. Hope you have a good night out there!

the concept of having a girlfriend is insane a girl laughs at your jokes enough times and then you’re like i guess it’s my life’s mission to make you do that forever

sometimes a girl will smile at you and you’ll like it so much you won’t care about seeing anything else ever again

This is the standard winged nightjar and it has one singular stupidly big feather on each wing... if you even care.

Love this guy

That’s standard as in “pennant” or “banner”, not standard as in “normal”.

But it’s not a pennant-winged nightjar. THIS is a pennant-winged nightjar… if you even care.

it might be all in my head but I feel like there's like just a whole set of symptoms I was feeling 24/7 that's just... eased now? Hard to know cuz my whole system is so dysregulated rn with sleep/food/meds/etc being so out of my routine but I feel like I can FEEL that my gallbladder is gone

which seems ridiculous like it's got to be in my head but. it is a persistent feeling

Like there's a discomfort I got used to in my chest that is just absent now, I feel lighter and emptier, it's a weird feeling

not quite finished yet but heres another oil painting

this one began an era for me
