Hey, for any of my followers out there I’m sorry to drop this on any of you, but I’ve decided that I’m no longer gonna be active on this account(at least not as much as before). I’ve had this blog since I was barely a teenager, 14 years old if I remember correctly. I’ve been through ups and downs, I’ve come out on here and gotten so many supportive friends, been through more fandoms than I could count, gotten so many great followers, etc.

However I’ve noticed that for a while I haven’t really been happy with my blog. It doesn’t make me as excited to log in anymore, most of it having to do with a lot of followers who grew interested in me bc of past interests I’m no longer into anymore. I won’t lie, a large portion of my follower base came mostly from Mcyt and Dream smp content. And I’m glad that a lot of you came to my blog and found joy in that, but the only problem is that I am no longer interested it that media anymore.

And I know it might sound selfish, but it’s very bitter to see that no one really interacts with my different content that isn’t Mcyt or dream smp related. This blog feels dry and empty, I barely receive any notifications here compared to how I did last year. It feels like I’m just barely making an effort to keep this blog going.

It was good back in 2020-2021, but now looking at it here in 2022(nearly 2023) there’s too much drama for me to personally enjoy it. Too much stuff has happened both on here, Twitter, and other social media for me to really view my once favorite interest anymore. I want to start fresh, make/reblog content that I love, so in order to do that I’ve made the decision to leave this account and make a brand new one. It’s the easiest option for me to do- I no longer want Mcyt or dream smp to be linked to me anymore, and since most of my posts are about those two- starting anew is the best action.

Of course, this is no hate whatsoever to those who still enjoy Mcyt or dream smp content- this only has to do with me and my feelings. I had fun while it lasted, but I think it might be nice for me to move on and create new memories in fandoms that make me happy now. (Over the garden wall, Percy Jackson, Toh, etc.)

So this is probably the last post I’ll be making on this account. If you are interested in following my new blog, just send me a private message and I’ll give you the link to my new account.

Thank you for the memories of this blog, and I hope that maybe some of you will be interested in my new blog.

when I was like 8, I was super into the Percy Jackson series and was reading heroes of Olympus for the first time and one time my best friend was talking about characters she thought were hot (all male) and when she asked me who I had a crush on in the books I panicked and said Nico. And then when I started reading the house of hades and Nico was revealed as gay, I closed the book, skipped a few chapters after that, and pretended that I never read it because as a young lesbian in denial I could not accept the fact that the one guy I chose to have a crush on was actually the gay one.
