🌈 things to remember after a failure 🌈

  • you’re not weak or dumb or childish if you cry
  • but don’t stress too much over it; will you still care about it in 4 months?
  • who will benefit from you being upset?
  • have a shower, brush your teeth, wash your face, brush your hair, try on some of your fave outfits or take some nice photos of you
  • go for a walk. the world is not mad at you
  • you’re not alone!
  • this is not the only thing you have in your life. you still have a lot: your friends, your family, your talents, your passions. this is a dark cloud, but it doesn’t mean it’ll rain forever!
  • today at some point will finally be over, and tomorrow we can try again
