While out doing errands, Jack meets someone who uses they/them pronouns for the first time
He's confused and notices how Claire refers to them with these pronouns as they strike up a conversation over Claire's band tee
On the drive back to the bunker, Jack immediately starts asking questions like "why did you keep saying they when he's a boy" and Claire simply explains that "not everyone fits what they were born as and they use different pronouns that feel more comfortable"
That night Jack stays up with his best friend Google and researches all kinds of things like "how to tell if you're a boy" and "I dont think Im a boy" and eventually comes across the word nonbinary
A couple days later, he comes into Claire's room and he's nervous and she can tell so she asks him what's up and he tells her what he found
He starts rambling about how he knows he was born a boy but he's never really felt like a boy and it wasn't until they met the kid in town that Jack started considering it and he's thinking he might be the same way
Claire grabs his hand and asks "do you still want he/him or do you want to try they/them" and Jack gets all excited and asks if both are okay and Claire laughs because yes both are okay
The next day Claire helps Jack tell the guys
To help them feel more comfortable, Claire comes out again as a lesbian and everyone's confused cuz "uhhh we been knew?"
When Jack takes their turn, they say the exact same thing they told Claire
Cas explains that it's actually not that surprising and most angels feel the same way and that they'll use whatever vessels fit them
Sam immediately starts using they pronouns and asks Eileen to help him with signs to use when they talk about Jack
Dean is a little slow to start and he keeps apologizing so Jack tells him that "he" is still okay along with "they" and knows Dean will get it eventually
That afternoon Claire and Jack are hiding out in Jack's room calling everyone they know
TL; DR Claire is a lesbian and Jack is nonbinary and everyone loves and supports them both and they all live happily ever after the end
