Print WIPs! ✨
Screaming with joy! I followed because I loved your oc Grease and transformers art but I didn’t know you liked Pathologic too!
Have you ever drawn Artemy?
Ahahaha, YESSSS! :D Pathologic is one of those things that my mind has on the backburner at all times - getting into it during the first wave of the pandemic lockdowns just after I got my bachelor's degree and started master's program might have done something permanent to my brain chemistry, hAH (and then I read the Young Doctor's Notebook and I was ultimately screwed)
I actually haven't drawn Artemy outside some silly doodles that never saw the light of day. I'm a shameless Daniil enjoyer, love putting that funky little man through the Horrors (Marble Nest my beloved). So I thought I'd give it a try! Local man too tired but hair still fluffy! (because he doesn't have time to brush it, there are 5 infants in his inventory and he traded the hairbrush for 3 marbles and a piece of chalk)
Sometimes, I get possessed at 1 am and doodle Patho Bulgakov AU comics purely to spam my friend (who listens to me ramble about it for over two years now) with. Based mostly on Young Doctor's Notebook and Morphine (as well as one more book I cannot for the life of me find the English name of), where due to an injury during his stay at the Town, Daniil develops a morphine addiction and leads conversations with Death, which follows him back to the Capital.
These snippets are from April last year and I'm still fond of them - I like how messy they are, as it's something I only permit myself to do when it's for something that's not for "public eye" (insert "we can't let people know we do unpolished things!" meme here)
A short spot for Czech Television to introduce a book nominated for literary awards Magnesia Litera 2024. Original book illustrations by Eva Horská, adapted and animated by me.
A bit of a coloring experiment after my friends sat me down to watch Hazbin Hotel with them. I really wanted to use similar style I used for backgrounds of my thesis film - object heads, evil shadow dwellers and slight 60's liminality included, haha!
I would still love you even if you posted multiple Hazbin Hotel things. I love all your art, no matter what fandom
Thank you so much, dear anon, it means a lot! :') ♥
Would you still love me if I posted one (1) Hazbin Hotel fanart
Planned out the next part of the trains (on a train as god intended) and it's going to be at least 6 pages long :'D 🚂 🚃
I'm sobbing he looks like one of those stupid eyeball pens you get at book fairs
THESE
YES! And when you squeeze a little too hard, well
I apparently didn't draw enough roses in my lifetime yet
I watched the Witch from Mercury recently and all I need now is Saionji wrecking three mech suits before getting expelled to camping
It's been a while I posted any speedpaint, so here's coloring process from the last year of my favourite picture of the trains!
I love your local trains au. So much. I would die for those trains. Anyway I think they should be feral about each other, especially if the other gets hurt
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the trains! :D But oh, you're fueling the angst ideas I've got on the backburner...
I'm sorry I'd seen your last post, and just your bots' heights are hilarious 😂 this is one of our mains, who is a minibot and one of our minicons compared to yours! Also, the one not visible is the smallest cannon transformers we can think of 🤣
I'm pretty sure astro would not be able to fit in the station our bots run😭😅
Oh wow, this chart really puts it into a perfpective, huh :'D Grease towering over his fellow Cybertronians... and then there's Astro (who's still kinda small for a Cybertronian sized space shuttle) And who let Browning to be so tiny! My goodness, someone put him into a pocket so he's not accidentally flattened.
Astro definitely wouldn't fit to most bases of any kind, considering poor guy has to shrink to fit even to a train station. The Moon base is the only exception, but anywhere else, he's pretty much embodiment of this image
10 meters?? I don't know how tall mechs are in cyberverse.......but going off IDW.....grease is TALL! for reference Megatron is 38 ft and grease is about 32!
That makes ASTRO well over 100 ft tall! That's combiner height!
That's not a minicon he could fit in his spark chamber but war size mechs!
(Average mechs are around 20 ish ft, this is going off rodimus, drift, ratchet, and several other bots commonly seen around their height. mini bots are 10 ft cassettes/ minicons are *human* height, again this is going off IDW,)
But jeez! They're massive!!
Funnily enough, I haven’t checked the heights of other Cybertronians when I did the math and went based entirely on vehicle sizes – a tram is bigger than a car, therefore, Grease should be taller than an average Cybertronian with a car alt mode. Astrotrain should be able to fit other Cybertronians inside, therefore, he should be even bigger… and suddenly, yeah, they’re BIG!
My friend recently said that she always thought Grease was tiny in size but nope, he only seems that way because he’s always next to Astro who may as well be a part-titan at this point. I have no idea about Cyberverse heights either but the most hilarious size comparison to me is TFP, where Optimus is 9,5 and Megatron is 10,5 meters tall. Now just… imagine Grease standing right between them :’D I know TFP scale was always a bit questionable but I find Grease (who’s not even equipped for combat) being taller than Optimus incredibly funny. But again, a single T3 tram car has between 23 and 36 seats plus space for 59 to 87 people standing (but trust me, it can fit more in the morning rush, hah) and even though Grease is a modified tram, the size of the vehicle stays the same, so it makes sense. Still funny though. :'D
But yeah, even though Astro could comfortably fit entire Grease into his spark chamber, he can never open it for him, as due to his size his spark emanates so much energy it’d obliterate Grease into space dust on the spot. Sadly, in vulnerability there’s certain destruction.
Silent night, glowy night
