The history of humans and monsters:
Long ago, two races ruled over earth: Humans and Monsters. One day, war broke out between the two races. The humans were hungry for more power. After a long battle, the Humans were victorious. They abandoned the monsters far from humanity in a mountain and casted a magical spell over them. A spell that would make magical flowers grow all around the monsters bodies from birth, sometimes growing around the monsters souls and organs giving them a painful death. While a magical barrier kept them sealed inside the mountain.
Legends say who ever stumbled across the mountain has never returned.
