This started as a vent comic but turned into a whole thing that really helped me work through some feelings of my own- this song applied to Hunter makes me go crazy and I hope it strikes a chord with someone else too.
Presenting the prompts for Stepparent Raine Whispers Week!
The prompts are:

Starting on the anniversary of Raine's official debut in the show, Eda's Requiem on July 24th, we celebrate our favorite bard being a parental figure to our favorite human witch and Titan!
I put the kid each prompt is for in parentheses so everyone knows which topic belongs to which kid. When I say both, I mean both Luz and King should be interacting with Raine in that prompt.
Per usual event rules:
- Any kind of media is welcome! This includes fanfic, fanart, edits, playlists, moodboards, and etc.
- It is not required to do all prompts. Do what you can at your own pace; you can even submit stuff after the week is past. We'll still be happy to have your piece as part of the event.
- Shipping Raine with the kids will NOT be tolerated!
- Other characters and ships are welcome, but the focus of this week should be on Raine bonding with their new stepkids! We barely got any canon interactions between them, and the point of this is to create those interactions we missed.
- Tag your contributions with 'stepparent raine whispers week' or 'stepparent raine whispers week 2023', and be sure to tag me too so I can reblog your stuff!

there's something about the inconsistency of how Steve gets drawn vs his concept art that makes it impossible for me to guess how old he's supposed to be. like just look at these three images
1 is a sweet young lad freshly graduated and excited to start his new job as a pizza delivery driver. 2 is in his mid-thirties, has been working the same shitty retail job since he dropped out of college over a decade ago and just finished the longest shift of his life. he will still give you a ride home and tells you smoking is bad for you while lighting up a cigarette. 3 is your favourite supply teacher from high school that everyone had a crush on

Philip decides Hunter’s usefulness has reached its limits. In a twisted parallel to how he betrayed the Collector in King’s Tide, Philip covers Hunter with the cloak of his emperor uniform like he did with the Collector’s disc and gathers him in his arms to take him to the Skull so he can dispose him.
