A/N: This is going to be a more part thingy. Little interactions with Peter. Let’s see where it leeds. Enjoy!
Your were sitting in the cafeteria, eating your lunch by yourself. Which wasn’t a bad thing. You’re not an outcast or anything, you just prefer to be alone sometimes. Especially when you were not in a good mood. Because at those times any little thing would set you off and you would brake someone’s heart for no reason. You could’ve eaten in the library but everyone was so prissy over noisy food there that you had changed your mind.
You just had bitten into on your Burger when a curly brown haired boy sat infront of you and leaned his elbows on the table.
“Hey!” he greeted you with a wide smile, probably every girl at this school would fall for.
You, on the other hand, wanted to be fucking alone right now so he was just getting on your nerves.
“What do you want Kavinsky?” you asked with a frown and his smile faded a little, worry replacing it. You were not friends with Peter Kavinsky. He was in some of your classes, yes. But that’s it. You probably only talked when he had to sit down next to you in biology. Out of need more than pleasure.
“Uh…nothing. Just thought I’d keep you company.” he said with a shrug but you did not believe him at all. So you looked past him with a raised brow and saw all of his friends staring over to you. They all turned away as soon as you saw them but it was too late.
“Yeah. I think your friends are waiting for something. I can’t get you anything, so…” you said and waved him off and he sighed.
“Can you smile please?”
“What?”
“For me, come on. Just a little. And I’m gone.” he insisted but you frowened even more.
“Go to hell Kavinsky.” you said and wanted to keep eating but he was not getting it. What was with these dudes that expected girls to smile more or all the time. I’m a human. I can have my down days too. God.
“No, you don’t understand.”
“I do actually. You’re an asshole that thinks, hey girl you should smile more! Guess what Peter: We’re human too. We can be feeling down too. Surprise. I’d like to finish my lunch here and you are stealing valuable time.” you said sarcastically and he rolled his eyes.
“I know that! Look. I just made a bet, that I could make you laugh or smile. They’ll give me fifty bucks.” he explained himself and you facepalmed yourself in your mind. You started packing your stuff, since he wouldn’t let you be.
“Oh come on. It’s just a smile. Please.” he begged and made praying hands.
You threw your bag over your shoulder and were about to take off when the bell rang. You groaned, obviously annoyed, and you turned around. Next thing you did made his eyes go wide, because you flipped him off with a sweet sarcastic smile and walked out of the cafeteria.
Stupid boys with their stupid bets and games.

After school you were sitting on a wall at the parking lot munching on a chocolate bar you had in your bag, waiting for your Mom to pick you up when someone stood next to you. He didn’t say anything at first and just leaned against the wall next to you, so you interrupted the silence because you had no idea what he was here for this time.
“What am I supposed to do now? Dance or something?” you asked him, looking into the distance and dangled your legs back and forth, hitting the wall you were sitting on.
“Ha-ha. Funny.” he answered, knowing what you meant.
“Did you win?” you aksed when he didn’t go on. You were actually curious.
“I got twenty-five bucks. They counted the flipping off as negative points.” he answered honestly and the stupidity made you laugh out loud and look at him.
“I’m sorry for interrupting your lunch. I know you couldn’t finish.” he finally said and reached you a brown bag.
“Is this another bet? If I’ll except it or not?”
“God no. Woman just take it.” he said rolling his eyes and you took it from him sceptically. There was a sandwich inside. He shoved his empty hands into his pockets and looked to the ground moving around the pebbles with his foot.
“Thanks.” you thanked him and he shrugged his shoulder. You could see your Mom driving into the parking lot so you jumped down the wall and took your bag with you.
“Why were you feeling down today?” he suddenly asked and your eyes widened a little.
“Bye, Peter.” you said with a little smile and raised eyebrows hinting that he was walking on thin ice.
He kicked a few pebbles away with his hands still shoved into his pockets and chuckled while shaking his head lightly. “Bye, Y/N. I’ll see you around.” he said, looked up into your eyes and you turned away walking towards your moms car with a stupid little smile on your face.
You don’t meet a girl like that every dynasty.
