Fandom: omg. Such a brilliant character!! Brightest witch of her age.

Ron Weasley: defeated McGonagall at death chess at the age of 12, figured out Lockhart was a fraud before anyone else, cast a nonverbal spell at the age of 12 with a broken 2nd hand wand, got 7 O.W.Ls without giving a shit to study, had more knowledge about the wizarding world than Hermione.

I feel like everyone who hates Hermione with Ron haven’t really paid attention in the books. Hermoine is serious and bookish, but Ron is funny and relaxed; both are loyal and loving and caring. She teaches him to pay attention, and he shows her how to relax, that’s real love, they may be opposites but they help each other grow.
