Ultimate diet snacks!
Hey guys! I thought I’d make a quick post about the best snacks when you’re on a diet, in my opinion~
Note: All of these snacks are under 100 cal if you portion it right
-Crabsticks/Fake crab surimi (whatever you call it lol) Great for when you’re really bored and feel like eating! Each one is less than 20 cal so you can have a few and feel satisfied!
-Rice cakes! Low calorie if you choose the one without cheddar. Pair it with banana and peanut butter for a real yummy treat that gives you energy!
-Carrots Eat alone, or dip in hummus. Seriously this is the best
-Broccoli Okay so these might not be the best to eat raw but you should definitely try to bake them in the oven for like 10 minutes, and then dip it in soy sauce or tempura sauce - SO GOOD.
-Apple Slice it up and sprinkle cinnamon or caramel over it, goddammit that is truly amazing and if you have a sweet tooth this will definiely make you satisfied!
-Melon Any type of melon is great for snacks, and for me personally I prefer just eating them without nothing - gives me a feeling of summer and I feel so refreshed afterwards~
-Dark chocolate I said it. 3 squares of dark chocolate should be around 100 cal and IT’S AMAZING.
-Popsicles! Some popsicles are actually low calorie so these are good if you crave something sweet, tasty and refreshing!
