Animated Series from the Last Decade

This last decade has shown such amazing growth in the field of animated television! It will be sad to see the era that had so many loveable series come to an end.

I can’t wait to see what will come out of the next ten years.

unaccompanied minors is one of the best christmas films and y'all need to stop sleeping on it

unaccompanied minors (2006) is very much the start of a dnd campaign

5 strangers all happen to be in an airport, or more specifically, in the unaccompanied minors room when disaster strikes (flights are cancelled). they all then independently escape for their own motivations but must come together to utilize their individual skills sets and become a family along the way while working towards a common goal (saving christmas)

donna is 100% a barbarian, that rage when people touch her without asking? yeah

grace is a fighter, good at tactical thinking and not afraid to get her hands dirty

charlie is a cleric, wants everyone to stay safe and is incredibly wise for his age

spencer is a bard, good at rallying a group with inspirational speeches

and my boy beef is 100% a rogue,, he just appears in the golf cart? that's that stealth babey.

25-35 is such a weird fucking age because you’re 100% a bread-and-butter Standard Edition Millennial but the cool teens are like “ok boomer” because you have a Real Job but the actual Boomers at your job are like “I’m not going to listen to a literal fucking child” as they download 16 self-replicating viruses and meanwhile the Gen Xers are telling you to refinance a mortgage for a house you don’t have and you’re sitting there at the Adults Table with the pretty tasty casserole you cooked because you’ve finally figured out how to do that now but everyone is eating the Boomer’s store-bought macaroni instead and admittedly they do sort of taste similar so it probably wasn’t worth all the trouble of cooking from scratch and you’re trying to comfort the freshly-graduated sobbing 22-year-old next to you because she just woke up here and doesn’t know where she is but you have like maybe 5k dollars in a savings account labelled RETIREMENT that grows approx. twelve cents a year and you keep eating dry macaroni while smiling incomprehensibly and periodically blacking out like ??????????

warrior cats movie bad end: filmmakers transparently try too hard to make the film hip and have a broad appeal, end up somewhere in the middle of over the hedge and alpha and omega 2: family howliday, tone and animation are completely inconsistent and there’s a lot of very shoehorned-in humor, sandstorm is voiced by katherine heigl 

warrior cats movie neutral end: guardians of ga’hoole treatment. the animation is lovely and the tone is fine but some of the plot and characters get lost in translation. overall its just alright and we’ll all pay money to go see it anyways

the “worst” thing about achievement hunter is that as much as they’ve ruined each other’s humor, they’ve also “ruined” mine
