With NASA announcing their streaming service NASA+ and also announcing it’s going to be free and also ad free, I’d just like to appreciate the lengths they go to make scientific knowledge and exploration as available as they possibly can.
Twilight's apology here seemed genuine, apologizing for ditching Yor and not being able to listen to her worries until the end.
I like how Yor finally confessed that she lied about having gripes about their fake marriage, I was worried it would drag on for another chapter or two.
It's so lovely to see Twilight willing (or rather being forced lol) share the housework more with Yor and making her feel useful and like he can depend on her too (wonder if Endo will draw a parallel scene to this in the future post reveal where he shares his mission burdens with Yor too?)

To me, this reads as him trying to tell himself not to fall deeper. Nightfall is aware he lied by omission when he said he didn't kill Yuri because it would compromise his mission. He's doing everything he can to avoid hurting Yor, not because of his mission, but because he loves her.
He wanted to fix the gripes, because he loves her.
He collapsed in exhaustion and relief when he found out she wasn't mad at him, because he loves her.
He was happy to hear that she wanted to take care of him, because he loves her.
He is fully aware that he needs to be perfect as a spy, and being in love is a weakness. It makes him vulnerable, unfocused, and puts him in an insanely dangerous situation when her brother is an SSS agent.
But he can't make himself end it, because he loves her.
A classic marriage "mistake" has been done by the perfect Twilight.
Yor has been so insecure of "the usefullness" of herself for a loooonnggg time
Twilight has to boost her confidence from time to time. Via words of affirmations.
That is good.
However, the ever capable Twilight also does everything by himself
Of course he does all of this with good intentions. He doesn't want Yor to be tired. He wants to give her the best of everything.
And that is the mistake.
When one does everything by oneself, it will make the other person feels that they are uneeded. Being a couple especially so.
So that's why this is a major growth, that Twilight finally finally asking for Yor's help.
And that's makes her happy. Because she is now needed.
Being vulnerable in front of your spoused IS a good thing, Twilight.

So, I went into this guy’s Wikipedia page, because he looked familiar. And there’s this big “Controversies” section, so I was preparing myself to read that even the margaritas/pterodactyls guy has sexually assaulted someone. But it turns out that he hasn’t. However, he:
- Has been sued for copyright infringement for a ‘blasphemous’ musical rendition of a monologue from the 1950s
- He was on a plane with U2′s Bono and his family, and the plane was shot by the Jamaican police, who believed they were smuggling marijuana. He wrote a song about the incident.
- He’s actually a singer, and his better known song in called MARGARITAVILLE. He also owns the Margaritaville Cafe restaurant chain. And has licensed Margaritaville Tequila, Margaritaville Footwear, and a Margaritaville Foods. He owns the Margaritaville Casino, has released a “Margaritaville Online” game, and he wrote and starred in a musical called “Escape to Margaritaville”
- He also wrote a song called “Math Suks”, which was condemned by the US National Council of Teachers of Mathematics for its alleged negative effect on children’s education.
- He was thrown out of a basketball game he was watching for using blasphemous language in front of kids.

So, yeah, that was refreshing controversies section-wise, but now I don’t know what to do with all that information.
Maybe its my age, but i’m a little concerned that the fact he is a singer and wrote Margaritaville wasn’t prior knowledge and is considered a controversy

i don't think people take me too serious when i say i'm legally blind. Like, guys I am legally never allowed to drive, I need assistance with a lot of stuff because I can't see. People both irl and online tend to be like "oh but you're not THAT BAD OFF" it's not a thing of whether my eyes are "that bad off" it doesn't matter, they're still blind. i still use magnifying and screen readers. i'm learning braille because my eyes are getting progressively worse and I'd like to be able to still read.
I may not be totally blind, but that's the thing, a lot of blind people AREN'T Totally blind. Blindness is a spectrum. and i don't think a lot of people realize that. And I'm just as valid in my blindness as someone on the spectrum with better eyesight than me, or someone with worse.
(This is OK to reblog. I hope that sighted people who might read this really get it into their heads that blindness is a spectrum...)
