So I’m in the process of working on my spending and so far, things are good. However, I’m trying very hard to pay off one credit card and my car. I’m only working 20 hours and since I don’t have Early Childhood Education certification so I’m not making that much. So, during my off time, I’m going to finish my commissions and reopen them but I also have an eBay store where I sell exclusive Pops.

Yes, Disney is a brand but I don’t care about Bob Iger. I care about Peter Sohn, the director of Elemental. I care about Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn, the directors of Wish. I care about the animators, the background designers, the editors, the people who MAKE the movies. They’re the ones creating new stories and characters for us to fall in love with.
When people talk about films, they don’t talk about the producers, they talk about the directors, writers and actors. Creatives are the people who make the movies memorable. They deserve to be paid. It’s ridiculous that the people who make these shows and movies worth something are getting screwed out of money.
Bob Iger is infinitely replaceable. The people doing the work, the actual creators, are not. Bob Iger is not unaware of this. Which is why he is absolutely terrified at the prospect of ANY of his money or power bring taken away from him. Because he could be sacked tomorrow and nobody would give a damn. Which makes him even more determined to keep everything while he can.

considering how fionna and cake were always canonically presented as ice king's unhinged fanfiction in-universe, something he used to work through his feelings and express himself to a degree in his own way, i would very much appreciate if this new series retained this self-expression aspect and was also a way for simon to work through his feelings and (countless years of) trauma regarding... literally everything that happened in his life
