Meet today's birthday girl — Polly (ポリー, Полли, Polyphemus, Polyfemos, Полифем), the star-striped prickle! But she's not alone… her amazing twin-sister is known well to our subscribers — Calypso (Калипсо)! Yes, yes, Polly and Calypso are sisters! ⚡️ And today, May 15, they are celebrating their eighth birthday! Hurrah! 🎂

They were born in Nordens Ark Zoo, Sweden, in the family of an English gentlemanul Pabu (Пабу) and a beautiful Czech girl Micha (Миха). In Sweden they got their mythological names: „Calypso“ is an ancient Greek nymph and „Polyphemus“ (Polly's full name) is a vicious giant cyclops (it seems that Polly's uneasy character was pretty evident since childhood😅).

The young furry maidens went their separate ways when they grew up: Polly moved to Nasu, Japan, and Calypso moved to Saarbrücken, Germany.

Enough words! Just look at this royal feast of beauty, and charisma! We wish these beautiful sisters happy birthday and bow our heads before their luxuriousness, wildness and glory🙌🏻

Yo-ho-ho! Today celebrate their birthday- incredible Lev (レフ, Лев, Refu) and-and-and… his beautiful sister Lastochka (Ласточка)!!!🎂

On this day nine years ago - May 15, 2014 - these beautiful fluffs born in the Novosibirsk zoo in the family of Khan from St. Petersburg and Marquise from Poland: Lev, Lastochka and Altay (Алтай) (he’s not Altay from Izhevsk).

Lev, as all you know, moved to Japan and became a real star there, Lastochka stayed in Novosibirsk and became a mom for many wonderful manuls, and their brother Altay moved to his father's homeland - to St. Petersburg (unfortunately, he passed away last year 🌈). Such different lives of equally beautiful and beloved cats❤️

Happy birthday to Lev son of Khan and Lastochka daughter of Khan! We wish both of you strong Siberian health, warm and cozy houses and delicious meats! Be happy, darlings!🎉

Meet on our channel one of the most famous manuls of our time: His Majesty Lev (Лев, レフ, Refu), also known as Mister Universe, Lion King, Purrfect, Fluffy Angel, and Sweet Limp.

Lev born in Novosibirsk zoo on May 15, 2014 in a family of… no, not Karaganda. Unfortunately it's a mistake 😣 Lev is a son of Khan (Хан, Han), a fluffy duke from Saint Petersburg, and Marquise (Маркиза, Markiza), a beautiful girl from Poland. Han, who born in Saint Petersburg zoo, came to Novosibirsk for several years for mating on a business trip, where he met beautiful Markiza from a Poznań zoo. Charm of Saint Petersburg, Polish beauty and Siberian spirit are woven together in our beautiful manul!

As fur grew up young Lev moved to the Land of the Rising Sun — Japan. His broken paw didn't stop him to become a fluffy star and win the hearts of millions of manulovers!💘

P.S. Unfortunately Lev's parents are not with us anymore. They lived long and happy lives. Marquise passed away in 2017, Khan passed away in 2021, he was 15 years old.

As you may notices the most common patronymic name among Siberian manuls is Zelenogorskovich :) George is a fluffy proof of that!

Meet today's birthday boy — George son of Zelenogorsk! He turned 5 years old today, May 7! Hooray! 🎉

George is a son of Zelenogorsk and Lastochka and an older brother of Timofey💪🏼

He has the most brutal look among Novosibirsk manuls, but he's a gentlecat! He looks serious and brutal, but he's calm, gentle and he always tries to avoid conflicts ❤️

We wish George manul happiness , tasty meats, and gentle ladies! Fluffy rock, we love you so much!

Today, May 4, brothers Naim (Найм, ナイマ) and Doloo (Долоо, ドロー) and their sister Yus (Ес, ユス) turned 13 years old.

They were born in Ueno zoo, Tokyo, Japan in a family of Chinese manul Bayar (バヤル) and Japanese manul princess Lalaa (ララー). They were given Mongolian names: Doloo means „Seven“, Naim means „Eight“ and Yus means „Nine“.

These fluffs still live in Ueno zoo today.

We wish them more comfortable apartments, care and a ray of sunlight! ❤️🙌🏻

Todays birthday guys are brother and sister Eru (エル, El, Эр/Эруул) and Az (アズ, Аз). They turned 4 years old today.

Eru and Az born in Nasu Animal Kingdom, Japan in a famous family of Bor and Polly. Their names came from Mongolian language. Az means „happy/lucky“ and Eru/Eruul means „manly/courageous“ and „healthy“.

When they grew up they moved from Nasu. Soft Eru moved to Higashiyama zoo in Nagoya city, Japan and lives next door with his older sister Honey. Beautiful green-eyed Az moved to Kobe Animal Kingdom in Kobe, Japan.

Hello to no one! Because today is a birthday of Honey (ハニー, Хани)— the most annoyed manul we ever seen!😈🥳 Today, April 21, she turned 11 years old.

Honey — the oldest daughter of Tabby and Oscar and an older sister of Bor. She was born in Saitama Children Zoo, Japan, as her brother Bor, and moved to Higashiyama zoo, Japan at the age of 1 year old.

Honey is a true misanthrope, a nerve-manul with a tough character and dark-honey eyes. She doesn't like noise, people, fussy crows, and loud seals who live next door she doesn't like either. She likes to be alone, she likes to watch in a window sitting on the upmost shelve and she likes fat mice. She won't hesitate to hate and contempt you in a best manul way. Manul grin and annoyed hiss will be a bonus for you!

First time on our channel, today’s birthday boy, an incredible Bor (Boru/Bol, ボル, Бор)! Today, April 18, he turned 9 years old 🎉

Bor was born in Saitama zoo, Japan in a family of beautiful Japanese Tabby and handsome Oscar from Netherlands.

There he got his „colorful“ name. Bor means brown and grey in Mongolian. Since there are no /r/ and /l/ in Japanese language sometimes people write his name differently - Bol.

Bor’ beautiful wide-set aquamarine slanted eyes and his stern and managing look create his unique appearance. But when you spend some time with him you notice that he’s a pretty calm manul-man with self respect and philosophical views on everything… how else is survive living together with barbed Polly :)))

Nar is a descendant of Siberian manuls. He was born in Ueno zoo, Tokyo, Japan, in a family of Primula, a daughter of Siberian-born manul Lev, and a Siberian Viking from Novosibirsk zoo whose name still remains unknown.

Nar moved to Kobe Animal Kingdom at the age of one and a half years old, and met there his first love — beautiful manul-girl Az.

Youth and energy, and at the same time, calmness and power splash in Nar. He looks at first sight like a cute simple lad, but if you look closer you might see his true character of a confident and strong born leader.

Like a young prince who doesn't know all his powers, Nar doesn't know that he might become the King of all Japanese manuls. You'll see, he will!

Behold Iris (Ирис, イーリス)! He's another beautiful son of Lev from Siberia and Shar from Japan.

Iris is 5 years old, he was born on April 20, 2017 in Saitama Children Zoo, Japan. At the age of 1 year old he moved closer to a sea, to a one of the biggest port cities of Japan — Kobe, to Kobe Oji Zoo.

Iris looks just like his brother Grusha: same gorgeous sideburns, and incredible expressive contrast between black stripes and snow white furry beard, but lime eyes and pinkish nose have colder colors than Grusha.

Iris is a very busy manul. It'll be hard to establish an eye contact with him, because Iris is deeply engrossed in his active cat-sosial life. You bet! He has a very peculiar relationship with his neighbor, which we uncover later in next posts. Iris's portrait won't be complete without it.
