After a few years of battling every rogue, being tossed off buildings and through walls... he's started to do a lot more physiotherapy than strength training. Old injuries that he never let heal properly will make themselves known if he doesn't do his stretches before going on patrol. It's just improved his ability to hide how much pain he's in.
