Background:

I used to work in a Japanese confectionary shop that sells various products, eg cakes, breads, chocolates etc. Products like cakes and chocolates are located in a fridge where only the staff can take them out off while breads were on shelves were anyone could take them. The shop’s located at a mall, facing a side 1-lane road where its used as a drop-off & pick up point (no waiting allowed). The people in my country are impatient as hell, so any more than 3 seconds of needless wait has horns sounding and fingers pointing up.
