Reading a slow burn fic like

The fastest way to get me to skip your story is to label it ‘slow burn,’ because I don’t have this kind of patience. If you’re going to take a long time for the characters to get together, you have to give me something in the meantime to keep me occupied, and you can’t drag it out just to torture your readers.

I did this without any plan whatsoever. The ‘I love you’ scene was on my list, but I had no intention of animating it. I figured out the style and look as I worked, not an ideal work flow… Also, I personally think Hermione looks like Emma Watson and that is entirely by chance. Anyways, now I want to put it aside, so here it is. 

FYI - this is a blog meant to serve as a creative outlet for me. That means I might redo and then repost stuff, post quick doodles, messy sketches, experiments and so on. It won’t necessarily be polished or finished work :)

A WIP… I don’t even know what I’m doing anymore, lol. This isn’t even on THE LIST. I am procrastinating from my own list by doing something infinitely more slow paced.  Am I going to animate ALL of Manacled? No. But do I want to? Also no! 😅 Okay, maybe that previous animation got me in the mood to do more heavy breathing because SEXUAL TENSION. This scene is a little longer on my computer - maybe I will get to finish the second part… maybe I won’t.. Maybe I won’t even progress beyond this sketchy stage… Who knows by now? The list:

I found this rough gif/video I did two months ago (before this tumblr existed). I have quite a few unfinished things, no less than 6 Manacled WIPs, with 7 I haven’t started yet! And then other art on the side. Plus actual work which is currently stealing the spotlight, so to not disappear entirely, you get the unfinished business.

I think most old fashioned dramione fics with any self respect has this scene of heavy panting and pinning against the wall/bookshelves and it is the BEST! ❤️
