Report from early 1990s about the persecution of Kashmiri Hindus that led to their exodus from the Kashmir valley.

This needs to be seen. This part of history is so often forgotten. No more. You cannot torture innocents and then hope no one will remember. You don’t get to revise history.

Why is this never talked about? Hindus were driven out of their homeland through torture. Why are Hindu victims of religious persecution ignored? What’s with the double standard?

Why is this never talked about?

Why is this never talked about?

Debunking the bullshit propaganda about Kashmir

More rebuttal of the bullshit we hear in our media about Kashmir.

Fuck Hasan Minhaj that fucking islamist in disguise. Funny how Hasan never says a word about the non-Muslims who were murdered and ethnically cleansed in Kashmir.

These are terrorists you “red for Kashmir” idiots are “standing” for. Y’all are literally siding with those who ethnically cleansed an entire population. Stay “woke” useful idiots.

Every one of you “red for Kashmir” idiots have helped promote the agenda of literal UN designated terrorists.

Fuck ilhan.

Sophie Scholl’s last words:

“How can we expect righteousness to prevail when there is hardly anyone willing to give himself up individually to a righteous cause? Such a fine sunny day, and I have to go, but what does my death matter, if through us thousands of people are awakened and stirred to action?”

PAKISTAN - This man’s daughters were abducted and forcefully converted from Hinduism to Islam and married off to older men in Pakistan.

Watch this.

Watch his anguish.

He is asking them to shoot him dead - repeatedly - because death to him feels better than the thought of living without his daughters.

He is outside a police station demanding justice. The courts in Pakistan heard this case and…ruled that his daughters should be sent back to their husbands.

The small number of notes this post will likely receive will demonstrate the sickening double standard on Tumblr when it comes to standing up against religious persecution and women’s rights. Ignore this knowing how full of shit your “solidarity” is.

Me: I’m suicidal

Person: no don’t kill your self! Imagine how much your family would miss you! Imagine how much you’d HURT them

Me, still suicidal, but now feeling guilty as well: Isn’t that a doozie

Serious question, what should I say instead?

I tend to focus on reminding them their life is worth lots, and that the future can always improve. Little things like “You’re life is worth so much.” “People care and love you.” “I’m here for you.” and “I know things are bad now, but I promise, one day, they will get better.”

Basically anything that doesn’t cause the suicidal person to feel guilty for being suicidal!

Also reminding them that the deserve better. I know a lot of times when I’m in a shitty spot I don’t feel like I deserve for it to get any better. Reminding them they do have worth is important.
