I didn't pay attention to QOL updates and such since as a NA player it wouldn't affect me for two years anyway. So I can't comment on that. I have seen JP players expressing disappointment though.
I like Aesc as the anniversary Servant a lot. Anniversary Servants in the past have always been hit or miss, and this one's a hit for me. Weird to mix her with Summer though, shouldn't have done that imo.
LB6 Summer makes absolute sense. It's their most popular (read: profitable) chapter by far, so making summer units of its cast is a no-brainer. And if you're not a fan of them, look at it as getting them all out of the way at once so future summers won't be taken up by them.
The lack of animation updates is stupid but I also wasn't expecting any, it's been like a year and a half since the last one. We absolutely SHOULD get new ones but yeah I just didn't think they would, so. Best to go in not expecting them and maybe be pleasantly surprised if they do.
