Day 4: Chores At home day, super boring. Got my workout by washing my two cats. Very clean house 4/10
90% of my problems are
- Imagined
- Self induced
- Blown out proportion

Day 3: sigh Went and helped friend clean house after having a semi-long day. Not a lot to report on and wasn't really feeling the day, friend cheered me up though! 3/10
Day 2: Friends exist Spent literally all day with friend and organizing her apartment, then went to drink with her friend from the same school as me. He was nice and a cool person to talk with during our excursions. After our time together we went back to our apartment and spent time watching fun stuff.

Day 1: Restart So I've been gone for a bit, life has been crazy and anxiety and depression, so i decided to keep daily journals again to keep a record of both mental and physical development on my health journey. I am now taking steps toward bettering that again and getting back to my happy energetic self i know i am. So i spent today walk and spending time with a good friend playing pokemon go and looking at make up. Sleep: Went to sleep on time, slept in due to depression but managed to get out of bed for friend. For food, well is wasn't the best but it sure wasn't as bad as it could have been and i know that having a friend there urged me to make better choices. And exercise, boy it was fucking hot AF and i walked a lot and caught a lugia... I'd give this day a 6/10
